Jennifer A. Corso
is an attorney at Petronzio Schneier Co., LPA. She has more than 25 years of experience representing management in employment and labor law, and is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in labor and employment law. Ms. Corso has written several articles and spoken at numerous seminars to community business groups on employment law topics. She is licensed to practice before all courts in the state of Ohio and the U.S. Federal Court in the Northern District of Ohio. Ms. Corso earned her B.S. degree from Eastern Michigan University and her J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

R. Joseph Wessendarp
is a solo practitioner in West Chester, who advises and defends private and public sector employers and businesses in labor and employment, workers' compensation, workplace health and safety regulatory compliance, discriminatory and retaliatory discharge, wage/hour issues, and collective bargaining. He practices before state and federal trial and appellate courts, administrative tribunals, and arbitrations. Mr. Wessendarp earned his B.A. degree from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. degree from the University of Detroit.

Jennifer Orr
assists many Fortune 500, 100, and 20 companies with all aspects of labor and employment law, including issues relating to employee discipline, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, contract disputes, wage and hour, and civil rights. She routinely defends and advises clients in a variety of employment litigation cases, appearing before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies, and she has successfully litigated cases from inception through summary judgment, trial, and arbitration. Ms. Orr has extensive experience conducting internal workplace investigations for employers. She regularly provides advice and counseling regarding issues related to gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation, as well as gender transitions in the workplace. Additionally, Ms. Orr is a member of Littler's Pay Equity Core and Assessment Groups, where she advises employers on federal, state, and city issues related to pay equity, as well as conducting privileged Pay Equity Assessments for domestic and multinational companies, using Littler's Pay Equity Assessment™ for employers. Prior to joining Littler, she was a litigation and labor and employment associate for a large, full-service midwest law firm, as well as at a large law firm in New York City. During law school, Ms. Orr served as managing editor of the Case Western Reserve Law Review. She earned her B.A. degree, with honors, from Ohio State University, her M.A. degree from Arizona State University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Paul L. Bittner
is a partner and past co-chair of Ice Miller LLP's labor and employment group. He has been practicing law since 1993 with an emphasis on labor and employment law and has extensive experience representing employers. Mr. Bittner has represented both public and private sector employers in union negotiations, labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice proceedings, representation elections, and other related matters in front of the National Labor Relations Board and state agencies. He is a member of the Wage and Hour Defense Institute, providing counsel to employers on all aspects of wage and hour compliance. Mr. Bittner has tried both individual and collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act. He is a frequent lecturer on a variety of employment law topics including traditional labor law, ADA, FMLA, wage and hour and sexual harassment. Mr. Bittner has successfully represented employers in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations and administrative hearings. He regularly counsels employers on union relations and union avoidance, Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) , Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other wage and hour laws, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Mr. Bittner has also defended employers in various employment law claims pursuant to employment practice liability insurance policies and represents individual executive-level employees in employment matters. He earned his B.A. degree from Capital University and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Masallay Komrabai-Kanu
is an associate in Ice Miller LLP's workplace solutions group. She represents and counsels employers in all areas of labor and employment, including wrongful termination claims, wage and hour matters, compliance issues, and the development of workplace practices and internal policies. Ms. Komrabai-Kanu also defends employers against charges or claims of discrimination and/or retaliation filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), conducts workplace investigations and provides harassment prevention trainings for employees and human resource representatives. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a national law firm where she handled contract and business-related matters, employment discrimination and personal injury cases. Ms. Komrabai-Kanu earned her J.D. degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she served as president of the Truancy Mediation Project, a Moot Court traveling team member and chief managing editor of the Ohio State Criminal Law Journal. She also worked as a legal clerk for a Dayton, Ohio-based firm and as an intern for the Legal Aid Society of Columbus.

James G. Burkhardt
is an arbitrator and mediator at his firm James Burkhardt, Arbitration & Mediation LLC, where he practices arbitration and mediation of workplace disputes, including labor-management, grievance, discipline, discrimination, wages and hours, employment covenants, and contracts. Mr. Burkhardt has represented public and private sector employers and employees, and now helps resolve workplace disputes as a mediator and arbitrator. He earned his bachelor's degree from Penn State and his J.D. degree from University of Toledo College of Law. Mr. Burkhardt is a certified specialist in labor and employment law; Ohio State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section Council - NLRB CLE chair; and State Employment Relations Board (Ohio) Fact Finder roster. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio and before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Jonathan T. Hyman
is a member of Wickens Herzer Panza's Litigation Department, chairperson of the Employment and Labor practice group, and serves on the firm's Board of Directors. He focuses his practice on management-side labor and employment law, providing businesses proactive solutions to solve their workforce problems and reactive solutions when they find themselves litigating against an employee or group of employees. Mr. Hyman also has extensive experience on more specialized labor and employment law issues such as wage and hour compliance, social media, cybersecurity, and other workplace technology concerns, affirmative action compliance, and union avoidance and labor relations. He is also one of the co-founders and co-practice group leaders of the firm's craft beer practice. In that capacity, Mr. Hyman helps brewers, brew pubs and restaurants, and businesses that serve the craft beer industry navigate their specialized business, legal, and regulatory issues. He earned his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Binghamton University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Mr. Hyman is affiliated with Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Ohio Chamber of Commerce, Lake Ridge Academy, Workforce Magazine and Noonan Syndrome Foundation. He is admitted in the state of Ohio, U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern district of Ohio, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Federal Circuit.
