Speaker bio
Rachel L. Bussett
is a trial attorney and recently joined the firm of DiCello Levitt LLP as senior counsel in Mentor, Ohio. Previously, she was the CEO and lead trial attorney at Bussett Legal Group, a full-service boutique law firm in Oklahoma City, which was also one of the largest all female law firms in Oklahoma. Ms. Bussett's practice focuses on civil litigation matters arising out injury, abuse, neglect, trauma, and violence to children and their families. Currently she is leading litigation across the country for DiCello Levitt seeking justice for children who were sexually assaulted in the juvenile justice system. Ms. Bussett is licensed to practice in the state courts of Oklahoma and Missouri, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, Chickasaw Nation and Cheyenne-Arapaho Tribal Courts, and numerous federal courts. She earned her B.S. degree from Oklahoma State University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Ms. Bussett is married and the mother of four daughters.

Tracey L. Williams
is of senior counsel at Peckar & Abramson, P.C. She is a skilled litigator and has successfully represented contractors, developers, owners and subcontractors in Texas and Oklahoma during all phases of the construction process, and thereafter. She assists clients in managing project risk through effective contractual risk allocation and counsels clients in construction matters involving contract disputes, mechanic's and materialman's liens, bond claims, construction defect, and other construction-related claims. In addition to construction law, Ms. Williams has extensive experience in creditor's rights and commercial collections. She is admitted to practice law in all Texas and Oklahoma state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern districts of Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Texas at Arlington. She earned her law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, now known as the Texas A&M University School of Law.

Colin M. Quinn
is of counsel with Stinson LLP, where he practices in the area of construction law. He reviews, drafts and negotiates project agreements and advises clients facing litigation, and assists in dispute resolution. Mr. Quinn is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and The Missouri Bar. He earned his B.S. degree from Kansas State University and his J.D. degree from Washburn University School of Law.
