Stephen D. Heninger
is a partner in the Birmingham office of Heninger Garrison Davis, LLC. Mr. Heninger has represented plaintiffs in civil ligation for the past 40 years. He has taught courses in trial work for the American Association for Justice (AAJ) at such prestigious law schools as Harvard, Georgetown, Stanford, University of Wisconsin, University of North Carolina and the University of Alabama. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Illinois and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law.

Adam E. Parker
is an attorney with Heninger, Garrison, Davis, LLC. He graduated from Troy University where he was later voted Mag 7 Alumni of the year in 2022. Mr. Parker earned his J.D. degree from Jones School of Law, Faulkner University. He served as the Assistant District of Attorney in Houston County, Alabama. Mr. Parker specializes in personal injury, semi-truck crashes, wrongful death, electrocution, defective products, business litigation. Prior to joining his current firm, Adam managed his own firm where he handled personal injury, insurance defense, and criminal defense cases. He has obtained acquittals in offenses as serious murder and has obtained seven figure civil verdicts and settlements. He holds current memberships and active licenses with the Alabama Association of Justice, Alabama Bar Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Georgia State Bar, and the National Trial Lawyers Association. is a partner with Greene & Phillips, where he practices in the area of personal injury. Mr. Bethea is a member of the Alabama State Bar, The Florida Bar, The Mississippi Bar, the Mobile Bar Association and a member of the Alabama Association of Justice. He received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Alabama and his J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Ronald J. Gault
is a shareholder and managing partner with Gaines Gault Hendrix, P.C. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1997, after graduating from The University of Alabama School of Law. After spending three years as a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Gault began practicing personal injury litigation in 2000 and has worked in that field since. His areas of litigation practice include automobile, trucking, premises liability, funeral home negligence, wrongful death litigation, and insurance coverage. Mr. Gault is admitted to practice in Alabama state courts and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle districts of Alabama. He has litigated in most counties in Alabama and has tried well over 100 jury trials in many of those counties. As of August 1, 2017, Mr. Gault began offering mediation services as part of his practice, and he is registered on the Alabama State Court Mediator Roster.

Eric J. Artrip
is a partner with the law firm Mastando & Artrip, LLC, where he represents individuals injured both economically and physically. Over the past several years, Mr. Artrip has represented plaintiffs from all over the United States in a variety of consumer class actions against companies that have deceived and/or discriminated against their customers. He also represents the survivors and victims of accidents in a wide range of claims, including car and truck accidents, workplace accidents, accidents resulting from defective construction, and medical-related cases, including nursing home abuse and neglect. Mr. Artrip also provides representation in civil litigation involving business and commercial fraud. He has been a guest lecturer at legal education seminars and is a member of the Executive Board of the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Artrip is a member of the Huntsville Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar and the American Association for Justice. He has worked on personal injury cases in counties throughout Alabama and Tennessee, and class actions in several states. Mr. Artrip earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and his J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. He then clerked for the Honorable Loyd H. Little Jr. Mr. Artrip is admitted to practice in Alabama and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S. District courts in Alabama, North Carolina, Minnesota and Ohio.

Bailee T. Curtis
is a litigator and trial attorney at McGlinchey Stafford PLLC, who represents clients in financial services and complex business and commercial litigation. Her practice includes defending lenders and financial institutions against claims arising under federal and state consumer protection statutes such as the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Ms. Curtis also represents clients in connection with contract disputes and business torts such as interference with business and contractual relations. Ellen T. Mathews
is a partner with Burr & Forman's general commercial litigation and intellectual property groups. She represents institutional clients and individuals in a broad range of litigation matters, including contract disputes between businesses, disputes between franchisors and franchisees, financial services matters involving retail banks, credit card companies, and mortgage originators or servicers, disputes relating to distributorship, manufacturing, license, and warranty agreements, and operating agreement and shareholder disputes. Ms. Mathews also regularly represents clients in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters. Her patent experience involves a wide variety of technologies, such as devices for remotely communicating with and controlling electronic apparatuses, programmable light timers, work gear and tools, medical devices, and sporting goods and equipment. Ms. Mathew's trademark and copyright practice focuses primarily on the food and beverage, retail clothing, and music industries.
