Robert Repko

is the founding partner of Repko Law, LLC in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, where he has built a successful practice focusing on representing individuals in matters related to divorce, custody, support, domestic violence and protection from abuse. He received his B.A. degree from College Misericordia (now Misericordia University) and his J.D. degree from the Dickinson School of Law, now of the Pennsylvania State University. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Repko served as an assistant district attorney in both Monroe and Bucks counties, where he gained significant trial experience prosecuting both jury trials and bench trials. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Delaware Valley College, teaching such classes as Real Estate Fundamentals and Business Law. Mr. Repko remains very active within the legal profession, having served as the treasurer, vice-president and president of the Bucks County Bar Association, Chair of the Finance Committee and Chair of the Bench Bar Committee. He is also a member of the Association's Diversity Committee, Family Law Section and Criminal Law Section, and has previously served as Vice-Chair of the Young Lawyer's Division. He also belongs to the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, where he currently serves as vice-chair of the Membership Development and Quality of Life Committees, is a delegate to the PBA House of Delegates, and is a member of both the Family Law and Solo and Small Practice sections. In addition, Mr. Repko is actively involved in his community, where he serves on the Board of the Corporate Business Partnership panel for the James A. Michener Museum, previously served on the Board of Directors for the Bucks County Opportunity Council, was the League Director and coach for the Doylestown Athletic Association 12U girls softball program, and was a Parish Religious Education Program (P.R.E.P.) Teacher for his parish. Mr. Repko is also currently the solicitor for Bucks County Health Services, and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Illinois, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.

She represents clients in all aspects of family law practice, including representing clients in high net worth divorce cases, contested and high conflict matters of divorce, equitable distribution, custody and support, as well as mediation, negotiated settlements and collaborative divorce. Practicing law for more than 20 years, Ms. Thomas-Smith started her career at the Defender Association of Philadelphia and subsequently served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas S. Smith, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey. After practicing with family law firms in Philadelphia and Bucks County, she founded the THOMAS SMITH Firm, P.C. and in September 2022, she merged her firm with Curtin & Heefner LLP. Ms. Thomas-Smith is also an avid community leader locally in Bucks County and abroad. She is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association, has served on the Board of Directors and as chair of the Diversity Committee. Ms. Thomas-Smith is a frequent volunteer for the Pro Bono PFA Defense. Additionally, she serves as the Board of United Way of Bucks County and President of the Collaborative Law Professionals of Southeastern Pennsylvania (CLP) and is trained in mediation and Parenting Coordination Process with Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Pennsylvania Psychological Association. Ms. Thomas-Smith has travelled to the WISER Girls School, Muhuru Bay, Kenya, Africa to work with Kenyan girls and women. is the owner of Beroes Law Center, P.C. She has practiced law for 27 years in the areas of family law, criminal law, estates, and personal injury (female issues). Ms. Beroes' estate practice involves wills, trusts, guardianships, and complex litigation involving heir/beneficiary contests. She has tried many divorce cases in Allegheny, Westmoreland, Lawrence, Washington, Butler, Beaver and Fayette counties, where court appointed valuation experts have testified in each case. Ms. Beroes previously lectured at the University of Buffalo Creative Problem Solving Institute and for the Stepping Out Program at high schools around the city of Pittsburgh. She is also involved in a mentoring program through Allegheny County Child Advocate Training. Ms. Beroes obtained a mediation certificate and co-parenting certificate, and opened a supervised visitation center for children where parents have had safety issues. She earned her B.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her J.D. degree from Capital University. is a partner and the chair of the divorce and family law group with Gross McGinley LLP, where he regularly counsels individuals in divorce, custody and child support matters. In addition, he guides families, including those in the LGBTQ community, through adoption, guardianship, and legal name changes. As a domestic relations mediator, Mr. Tullar helps families face difficult circumstances while easing the burden of legal expenditures and added duress. In 2002, he was appointed as a master to the Lehigh County Family Court where he implemented the new Lehigh County three-tier domestic relations system. Mr. Tullar served the county for three years, during which time he held de novo support hearings and custody conferences and acted as a Master in Divorce. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Bar Association of Lehigh County. Mr. Tullar earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, and his M.A. degree both from Rutgers College; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.
