Sescily R. Coney
is the founder and managing attorney with The Coney Law Firm, LLC. Her practice areas include business and nonprofits, sports and entertainment, immigration law, estate planning, will drafting and trust formation, municipal issues, mediation, negotiations, and settlement representation. Ms. Coney earned her B.A. degree from Spelman College and her J.D. degree from Howard University School of Law. She holds an LL.M. degree in taxation from Boston University School of Law and an LL.M. degree in international law and justice from University of New Hampshire School of Law. Ms. Coney is a member of the National Bar Association, Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey, American Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, District of Columbia, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Court of Appeals Third Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, U.S. District Court of New Jersey, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of New Jersey.

Rick S. Geiger, Esq.
is the principal at the Law Office of Rick S. Geiger, LLC & Geiger Gaming Law. He has a traditional business, and business litigation practice, including business start-ups, contracts, employment law, and general litigation. Mr. Geiger is also a well-known expert in gaming and gambling law, including online gaming and gambling, traditional casino gaming, e-sports law, software licensing, legal compliance for gaming and gambling, econometric analysis for casinos, and gaming companies. He is also a business executive with extensive experience in technology management. Mr. Geiger has the unique background and experience of working both as an attorney and as a business executive in all aspects of gaming, virtual worlds gaming, payment systems, and gaming business management. He holds an M.B.A. degree from the Simon School at the University of Rochester and a J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Gary A. Laurie
is the founder of a full-service entertainment and intellectual property law firm. For over 15 years, the firm has been protecting and enforcing its client's intellectual property rights as well as negotiating content deals on both the production and talent side of the table. With a focus on entertainment, intellectual property, and corporate matters, the firm is in a position to offer a full range of services to artists, businesses and individuals. The firm's intellectual property practice provides a complete range of transactional services for domestic and international companies. In addition to registering trademarks and copyrights throughout the United States and abroad, the firm assists clients in exploiting their intellectual property rights as well as counsels clients concerning the validity and valuation of intellectual property. Mr. Laurie is a past chair of the Entertainment Arts and Sports Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He also teaches courses in contract, business and entertainment law at Montclair State University, as well as music business law at New Jersey City University. Mr. Laurie is a frequent lecturer on entertainment and intellectual property topics and provides volunteer services for the Pro Bono Partnership. He earned his bachelor's degree from Montclair State University and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University.

is an associate with the New York office of DLA Piper LLP. Her practice focuses on advertising, entertainment, and media law, including talent and influencer marketing, celebrity endorsements, digital and social media, web3 and AI, SAG-AFTRA, advertising agency/client agreements, FTC compliance, luxury goods, consumer goods and retail, sponsorships and promotions, sports, technology/emerging technology, intellectual property, and data privacy and security. Ms. Faro earned her B.A. degree from University of California, Los Angeles and her J.D. degree, cum laude, form Cardozo Law School.

Sarah K. Rathke
is a Chambers-ranked and Crain's Cleveland Notable Litigator and Trial Lawyer whose practice focuses on complex and high-value disputes in courts and tribunals throughout the U.S. She has written and lectured extensively about trial practice, including for NITA, Northeast Ohio Federal Bar Association Trial Academy and Cleveland State University College of Law trial advocacy curriculum. Ms. Rathke's article, "A BigLaw Ladies' Guide to Becoming a 1st-Chair Trial Lawyer," was awarded a 2018 Burton Award for Distinguished Writing. She also maintains a globally recognized supply chain practice that encompasses not only litigation, but also transactional and regulatory issues across industries, including automotive, aerospace, food, medical, construction and office products. Ms. Rathke is the co-author of the 2016 book Legal Blacksmith: How to Avoid and Defend Supply Chain Disputes, which has been identified by RateLinx as among the "Must-Read Supply Chain Books Worth a Look" and reviewed as "very impressive" by Spend Matters. She has been extensively quoted and published on supply chain topics, including in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune, Reuters and Bloomberg. She is a frequent lecturer and speaker on supply chain issues. Ms. Rathke is the founder and editor of the Global Supply Chain Law Blog, which maintains an extensive readership across industry sectors, and co-chairs the firm's Supply Chain Compliance ESG focus area. She is the U.S. co-lead of Squire Patton Bogg's Sports and Entertainment group. Ms. Rathke has long served as legal counsel to NBA star LeBron James with regard to his sports, entertainment and other business and charitable endeavors, including the well-publicized work of the LeBron James Family Foundation, a not-for-profit entity that serves more than 1,400 Akron-area students by providing them with the programs, support and mentors they need to succeed in school and beyond. She has a number of other interesting clients involved in publishing and fashion as well. Ms. Rathke earned her B.A. degree from Georgetown University and her J.D. degree from University of Michigan.

Gerald A. Connor
is a partner and trial attorney in the Scranton, Pennsylvania office of Margolis Edelstein, a full service multi-state litigation provider to the insurance industry, major corporations and governmental entities. He focuses his practice on casualty litigation, ranging from automobile and general liability claims to products liability, construction litigation and workers' compensation claims. Mr. Connor also has extensive experience in commercial litigation, intellectual property issues, municipal claims, and employment law. He has handled dozens of trials, administrative hearings and arbitrations to verdict, and is active at the appellate level in both state and federal court. Mr. Connor is a member of the Lackawanna County and Pennsylvania bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law.
