Misty L. Piekaar
is an attorney at Piekaar Law Firm, PLLC, and has advised many clients on estate planning strategies that address the consequences of transferring assets, tax liabilities, business interests and proper planning for retirement, marriage and incapacity. She also has assisted many clients with estate administration, elder law and guardianships. Ms. Piekaar is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Wake County Bar Association, and a member of the Estate Planning Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. She earned her J.D. degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law and her undergraduate degree in international studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Kaitlin Hackett
is an associate at Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. She concentrates her practice on estate planning, estate administration, and guardianship matters. Ms. Hackett assists clients with tax planning, disputes, and estate administration matters. She served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Timothy W. Chell, PJ.Cv. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Gloucester/Cumberland/Salem County vicinage. Ms. Hackett earned her bachelor's degree from Stockton University, with a double major in psychology and political science; and her J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School. While attending Rutgers, she served as editor in chief of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy and as a teaching assistant for the estate planning classes.

David L. Campbell
is a director in the Dallas law firm of Underwood Perkins, P.C., where he practices in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial bankruptcy, real estate finance, real estate, creditors' rights and foreclosures. He has lectured to various professional groups and has written numerous articles and publications on topics related to areas of his practice. Mr. Campbell earned his B.S.Ed. degree from Abilene Christian University, his M.Ed. degree from Texas A & M University-Commerce and his J.D. degree from Texas Tech University, where he was Order of the Coif and a member of the Law Review. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bankruptcy Bar Association. Mr. Campbell also is chair of the ABA RPTE Section Workouts, Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Committee and an advisor to the Uniform Law Commission Drafting Committee for the Uniform Residential Foreclosure Act.

Mr. Factor earned his A.B. degree from the University of Chicago and his J.D. degree, with high honors, from DePaul University College of Law.

With nine years of experience, Mr. Whitt has successfully represented clients across an array of bankruptcy matters. He graduated in the top 10 of his class from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly the John Marshall Law School). While in law school, Mr. Whitt served as staff editor for the Law Review Journal and as a judicial extern for then Chief Bankruptcy Judge Bruce W. Black. He has also served as the co-chair for the Chicago Bar Association's Young Lawyers' Bankruptcy & Reorganization committee.
