Marni Berger
is a partner at Kline & Specter who focuses her legal practice on advocating for abuse victims, fighting for individuals denied insurance coverage, and securing recovery for cases involving medical negligence, birth injuries, and product liability. She is passionate about helping the most vulnerable members of the population in matters involving the subject of sexual assault and trafficking, institutional and domestic child abuse, and Title IX and civil rights violations. Ms. Berger is also dedicated to holding insurers and insurance brokers accountable for procuring inadequate coverage and failing to provide the coverage owed. She frequently lectures on emerging issues affecting victims of sexual, physical and emotional abuse, and overcoming the insurance hurdles that oftentimes exist in cases involving such abuse. Ms. Berger earned her B.A. degree from The George Washington University and her J.D. degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law.

Louis R. Cohan
founded Cohan Law Group, L.L.C., and has been a trial lawyer for more than 30 years. He has been recognized for his trial experience by admission into the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Cohan has litigated more than $900 million in claims for his clients and recently secured a Verdict in excess of $66 million in a fraud case. He has done work in breach of contract, fraud, injunctive relief, punitive damages, employment, trade secrets, real estate, construction and construction defects, and civil rights litigation. Mr. Cohan's practice is concentrated on business litigation and employment litigation, as well as civil litigation. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from Emory School of Law. Mr. Cohan has served as chair of the Litigation Section, the largest section of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has also chaired the Small Firm Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Mr. Cohan has served on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Bar Association; and has chaired the Atlanta Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has received awards and recognition for his community and legal work. These awards include Super Lawyer, Legal Elite, Martindale-Hubbell's preeminent AV rating, American Board of Trial Advocates, America's Top 100 Attorneys, and the Celebrating Service Award. For many years, Mr. Cohan has chaired the Legal Run Around 5k road race, raising money for the children of injured and fallen Atlanta Police Department officers.

Alex J. Tramontano
is an attorney at Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP. Mr. Tramontano spent over a decade representing large corporations and well known insurers in defense of complex claims, catastrophic injuries, and insurance litigation matters. During his career as a defense attorney, Mr. Tramontano represented clients subject to claims with potential exposure estimates exceeding $100m. Mr. Tramontano has represented corporate clients in many types of disputes, defended potential class actions, represented major defendants in complex litigation matters, and represented parties involved in contract disputes and general liability defendants. Mr. Tramontano began his path toward law at the University of Massachusetts Amherst Police Department during his undergraduate education. He went on to earn his law degree at California Western School of Law in San Diego. While studying for his law degree, Mr. Tramontano worked for the San Diego County District Attorney as a Certified Legal Intern in the Superior Court and Insurance Fraud divisions. While at the District Attorney's office, Mr. Tramontano assisted in charging, prosecuting, and sentencing of felony level criminal charges.

Thomas H. Burt
is a partner at Wolf Haldenstein Alder Freeman & Herz LLP. He has extensive experience in complex class actions representing clients including institutional investors such as public and labor pension funds, labor health and welfare benefit funds, and private institutional investors who suffered losses due to corporate fraud. Mr. Burt is part of the Firm's team that has recovered over $7 billion for investors. He also has extensive experience in antitrust law and has been at the forefront of several notable federal class action antitrust actions on behalf of consumers. He is a member of the Business Practice, Consumer Practice and Investor Protection practice groups with an emphasis on securities litigation, derivative litigation, transactional litigation, antitrust/competition law, and unfair and deceptive business practices law. Mr. Burt received his B.A., magna cum laude from American University and his J.D. from the New York University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; Eastern District of Michigan

Lora Turner
is a senior consultant at Delphi Litigation Strategies. Her combined legal and communication background provides a strong foundation for witness preparation, mock trials, focus groups, jury selection/voir dire, and all aspects of trial consulting. Ms. Kenyon earned her B.A. and M.A. degrees in communication from Texas A&M University, and her J.D. degree from the University of Texas School of Law. While in law school, she received a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution, making her well suited to assist in arbitrations and mediations.
