Richard M. Howe
is the managing partner of Howe & Associates in Alpharetta, Georgia. Howe & Associates focuses their practice on debt collection and Mr. Howe has been the lead attorney representing plaintiffs in over 5,000 litigation cases. His main areas of practice within the firm are in counseling his creditor clients regarding all issues with respect to debt collection and litigating collection cases throughout the entire state of Georgia. Mr. Howe earned his B.B.A. degree from Georgia Southern University and his J.D. degree from John Marshall School of Law. He is a twenty year member of The Commercial Law League of America, and has earned an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell.

Russell D. Kornblut
is the managing partner of Cardenas, Ruple & Kurt, LLC, a Cleveland based law firm with a strong focus on creditor's rights. He has extensive experience in mortgage banking, real estate, financial institution, bankruptcy, foreclosure, regulatory, and employment law trial and litigation. Mr. Kornblut has participated as lead panelist at both the U.S. Foreclosure Network and the Mortgage Bankers Association of America national conferences, and lectured on various mortgage banking, regulatory, real estate, bankruptcy, predatory lending, class actions, and litigation related issues. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, The Florida Bar, and the Ohio and Cleveland Mortgage Bankers Association. Mr. Kornblut earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.

Geoffrey W. Hetley
is an attorney with Hetley Law Firm, P.A. and of counsel to the Pittenger Law Group. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of creditors' rights and remedies. Mr. Hetley is focused on serving the needs of businesses and credit grantors. He practices in the area of business issues, drafting of contracts, credit agreements, Fair Debt Collection Act procedures, bankruptcy issues and collection matters. Mr. Hetley has spoken at various seminars on topics related to creditors' remedies in both Kansas and Missouri, and has written many articles in the collection area, including editing and contributing to the Missouri Desk Book series. He is licensed to practice law in both Kansas and Missouri, and appears regularly in court throughout the states of Kansas and Missouri. Mr. Hetley earned his B.A. degree from the University of Kansas and his J.D. degree from Washburn University.

Stuart M. Collis
is managing partner with Collis, Griffor & Hendra PC. He practices in the areas of collections/creditor's rights, civil litigation, commercial litigation, family law, divorce, child custody, paternity, criminal law, driver's license restoration and DUI/OWI/drunk driving. Mr. Collis is a trained mediator and has extensive experience with case evaluation procedures. He has also served on a number of state and national organizations, including NABA, WCBA, MCBA, CLLA, and the Michigan Department of Agriculture's Companion Animal Committee. Mr. Collis has been published extensively, including several republications. He has created and presented numerous educational sessions for interested organizations. Mr. Collis earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Western Michigan University.
