Uzzell S. Branson, IV
is a senior attorney in RMO LLP's San Diego office. He brings over a decade of experience in probate litigation. Mr. Branson's practice focuses on representing heirs, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, creditors and other interested parties in litigated probate, contested conservatorship, and financial elder abuse cases. He earned his B.A. degree in philosophy from the University of California and his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. Mr. Branson is a member of the San Diego County Superior Court Bench-Bar Committee, San Diego County Bar Association (member at large), Los Angeles County Bar Association, Probate Attorneys of San Diego (member at large), Southwestern College Paralegal Advisory Board and Volunteer Settlement Officer, San Diego Superior Court. He is admitted to practice in California.

SusAnne L. Chung
is the founding attorney of Legacy Law Office, A Professional Law Corporation, where her practice is limited to estate planning, business planning, real estate transactions, business law, and non-profit corporations. Additionally, Ms. Chung uses her real estate broker license with the California Bureau of Real Estate to handle real estate property management during trust administrations and to assist clients in private party real estate sales. She is a member of the State Bar of California and the Virginia State Bar. Ms. Chung earned her B.A. degree from the University of Oregon and her J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law, Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Tamila C. Jensen
is the principal of The Law Offices of Tamila C. Jensen, A.P.L.C., where she practices in the area of elder law. She has been practicing law for 40 years, is a former assistant professor at Indiana University and former adjunct professor at Whittier College of Law. Ms. Jensen regularly addresses groups of laypersons on elder law and estate planning issues. She is past president elect of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, pat president of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and past president of the Board of Directors of Neighborhood Legal Services. Ms. Jensen earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Berkeley, and her J.D. degree from the University of California Davis School of Law.

is an attorney with Budagher & Tann in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is a second-generation attorney at the firm. Mr. Budagher was admitted to the New Mexico State Bar. Before law school, he worked in the family firm as a legal assistant. Mr. Budagher specializes in taxation and has experience handling contract disputes, business formation, estate planning, and elder law. He received a degree in mathematics from the University of New Mexico, his J.D. degree from Thomas. M. Cooley Law School in Michigan and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Alabama.

Amy McIntyre
is an associate with Rubin and Rudman LLP in Boston. She is a member of the firm's trust and estate department and elder law practice group. Ms. McIntyre concentrates on asset restructuring and Medicaid eligibility. She earned her J.D. degree from Western New England Law School in May of 2024. Ms. McIntyre served as a junior staff member on the Western New England Law Review for Volume 45, and served as the online content editor for Volume 46. She is a student member of the Massachusetts chapter of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. McIntyre earned her bachelor's degree in legal studies from Becker College and her master's degree in managerial leadership from Worcester State University.
