Jeff Weintraub
is senior counsel in the Memphis office of the management-side employment and labor firm Fisher & Phillips LLP. He represents employers in jury trials involving employment discrimination, harassment, whistleblower lawsuits, FLSA collective actions, and labor cases in all courts; including the U.S. Supreme Court and government agencies such as the EEOC and the NLRB. Mr. Weintraub is licensed in Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas and Missouri. He teaches the labor and employee relations segment in SHRM's HR Certification Course, and trains supervisors in such matters around the U.S. Mr. Weintraub earned his B.S. degree from the University of Memphis and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis School of Law.

Bryant S. Banes
is the managing partner of Neel, Hooper & Banes, P.C., in Houston, Texas. He practices in the areas of labor-management relations; wage and hour litigation, including prevailing wages; alternative dispute resolution and arbitration; and is board-certified in labor and employment law. Mr. Banes litigates all types of civil matters before federal and state courts and boards, and has briefed and argued numerous times before U.S. and State Court of Appeals. He has taught as an adjunct professor at both George Mason University and the U.S. Army's Judge Advocate General's School. Mr. Banes earned his B.S. degree from Kansas State University and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University.

Michael J. Progar
is a partner and founding member of Progar Law Group LLC, with more than 40 years of experience in representing the interests of insurance companies, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. As lead counsel, he has tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict. Mr. Progar practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, employment law and insurance coverage. He is admitted to practice in the states of Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois. Mr. Progar earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law.

Talia G. Damrow
is corporate counsel and manager of human resources at Space Exploration Engineering, LLC ("SEE"). She handles a broad range of matters at SEE including employment matters, contract review and negotiations, intellectual property and software licensing, cybersecurity matters, and general compliance issues. Prior to moving in-house, Ms. Damrow was a civil litigator at small and medium-sized firms based in Montana where she primarily handled general insurance defense, commercial litigation, construction defense, medical malpractice defense, and intellectual property matters. She has active licenses in Montana, Washington, Colorado, and inactive licenses in North Dakota, and Wyoming.
