Jennifer L. DeFlitch
is an attorney in the Pittsburgh office of Margolis Edelstein. She is a seasoned litigation attorney with over 15 years of experience. Ms. DeFlitch began her legal career in the energy sector, specializing in oil and gas law, before transitioning to criminal defense. For over eight years, she served at the Westmoreland County Public Defender's Office, where she managed a diverse caseload, from minor summary offenses to serious homicides, guiding clients through all stages of the legal process, including preliminary hearings and appeals. Ms. DeFlitch's trial experience is extensive, encompassing numerous non-jury and jury trials with significant successes. She is renowned for her vigorous defense strategies, often achieving case dismissals through pre-trial motions. Ms. DeFlitch is a dedicated educator at Westmoreland County Community College, where she teaches courses in legal research, writing, and estates and trusts. She earned her B.A. degree from Bucknell University and her J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law.

Seth R. Lindberg
is a native Virginian and an attorney at Burnett & Williams, PC. He has practiced law in Virginia for 15 years and joined the firm's Leesburg office in 2014. Throughout his tenure, he has successfully resolved numerous cases exceeding one million dollars, and many more valued in the hundreds of thousands. He navigates legal matters through negotiation, mediation, and litigation, always seeking creative solutions to client challenges. Mr. Lindberg routinely has the privilege of representing practicing attorneys, executives, and medical providers. He is an active member of the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Loudoun County Bar Association, as well as the Virginia State Bar's Technology and Future of Law Committee. His commitment to legal education includes past service in the Rule of Law Foundation, and volunteer judging at high school and collegiate-level mock trial competitions. Additionally, Mr. Lindberg has delivered numerous presentations to physicians on medical malpractice and has been featured in Virginia Lawyers Weekly. His work has also been published in the Virginia Lawyer magazine. He graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts before earning his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Lindberg enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters in Ashburn. He is also a Loudoun Soccer Club youth coach.

Michael P. McCready
is the founder and managing partner of McCreadyLaw, a single event personal injury law firm founded over 25 years ago. With offices in Chicago, Indianapolis, St. Louis, and Minneapolis, McCreadyLaw serves clients across the Midwest. HIs firm is composed of 18 accomplished attorneys supported by over 150 dedicated professionals. A recognized speaker and thought leader, Mr. McCready frequently presents on topics such as law practice management for personal injury firms, leveraging technology and automation, and the transformative role of generative AI in the legal industry.

Andrei Ionescu
is an attorney at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC. He assists clients in a broad range of matters, including complex business, real estate, partnership, and construction disputes. He successfully represented clients in litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. Ionescu's experience spans more than ten years in matters such as wrongful death claims, insurance and business disputes, negligent construction claims, and breach of contract claims. His background also includes personal injury, premises liability, and transportation matters. Mr. Ionescu has represented publicly traded companies, small businesses, and individuals throughout the entire litigation process. He earned his A.B. degree, summa cum laude, from University of Georgia and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from University of Georgia School of Law.

T. Brooke Howard, II
is an attorney at the Law Offices of Howard & Howard. A lifelong resident of Fauquier County, Virginia, Mr. Howard (aka BITsquire) left the area to pursue his undergraduate degree at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia. He graduated in 2008 with a major in Sociology and a minor in English. Following graduation, Mr. Howard interned with the Honorable Terrence R. Ney of the Fairfax County Circuit Court. Later that year, he began a clerkship with Prince William County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office, working under the mentorship of legendary Commonwealth's Attorney Paul B. Ebert. From 2008 through 2011, Mr. Howard continued working with the office during his summer breaks from law school. He earned his J.D. degree from the Appalachian School of Law in 2012 and was admitted to practice in both Virginia and Washington, D.C. Since 2013, Mr. Howard has obtained hundreds of favorable results for clients in both criminal and civil matters. He has served as lead counsel in a wide range of criminal cases across Virginia, from high-profile first-degree murder, malicious wounding, and sexual assault trials to complex white-collar fraud matters and more routine charges such as DUI and assault. Mr. Howard's appellate work includes two published Virginia Supreme Court decisions involving constitutional double jeopardy and issues related to guilty plea acceptance and logistics. He was named a Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers Rising Star every year from 2018 through 2024. Since 2018, Mr. Howard has gradually shifted his practice to an even split between criminal litigation and domestic/civil litigation. His family law work has also earned him the Thomson Reuters/LawInfo.com Lead Counsel Designation in the area of domestic relations and divorce since 2023. Mr. Howard is peer-rated 4.3 out of 5 by Martindale-Hubbell.

is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.
