Calvin W. Souder
is an attorney at Souder Law Group, LLP, whose practice includes commercial and residential real estate, tax law, complex litigation, toxic torts, product liability, fraud, corporate governance, compliance, and insurance. He represents corporations and government entities, advising on complex corporate transactions and various legal matters. In his practice, Mr. Souder assists developers and property owners with redevelopment agreements, Long-term Tax Exemptions (PILOTS), and tax appeals. He provides crucial guidance in landlord/tenant and municipal court cases, helping clients develop defense strategies against claims and manage legal challenges. Additionally, Mr. Souder offers strategic planning consultation, focusing on the impact of policy and regulatory changes. His expertise also includes facilitating client access to legislators involved in legislation across real estate, education, healthcare, energy, environment, and insurance. Born in Newark, he has deep community ties, evidenced by his former role as chairman of the Board of Trustees at Essex County College. Mr. Souder also served as vice chairman of Newark Now, a program focusing on financial empowerment and fatherhood, and as a trustee of the Mental Health Association of New Jersey, emphasizing mental health awareness in minority communities. His international commitment includes annual trips to Ghana with Adopt-one-Village, helping provide essential resources to village youths. Recognized as a future leader, Mr. Souder participated in Leadership New Jersey in 2011 and completed the Masters of Distinguished Leaders program in 2013. His leadership extended to advising on significant state initiatives, including the UMDNJ-Rutgers merger and an investigation into the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission. Before founding Souder Law Group, LLP, Mr. Souder worked at a prestigious national law firm. He clerked for U.S. District Judge Susan D. Wigenton and New Jersey Superior Court Judge John A. O'Shaughnessy. His clerkship involved reviewing legal motions and appeals and drafting opinions on civil and criminal matters. Mr. Souder's academic background includes graduating with honors from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007. He was active in leadership roles within the Black Law Student Association. Mr. Souder received the ALI-ABA Scholarship and Leadership Award, and was acclaimed as the Best Oral Advocate in Appellate Advocacy. His undergraduate years at the College of the Holy Cross saw him as a varsity football player and vice president of the Black Student Union. This multifaceted professional journey highlights Mr. Souder's commitment to law, education, community service, and leadership, marking him as a distinguished figure in both the legal field and community engagement.

Donald T. Bonomo
is a founding member and senior partner of The Law Offices of Perez & Bonomo. He is a consumer protection attorney dedicated to helping families and individuals achieve their financial goals, and overcome legal obstacles and challenges. Mr. Bonomo is a member North American Consumer Bankruptcy Association, the New Jersey State Bar and Bergen County Bar. He is accredited and licensed in The New Jersey State District and Federal Court. He is also licensed in the U.S. Tax Court, Court of International Trade and Court of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Bonomo has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Bergen Record, and the Jersey Journal throughout his 15 years of legal experience. He has written for several publications regarding bankruptcy and foreclosure law and frequently lectures regarding same at St Peter's University and Jersey City University as well.

is a partner at Leighton Feldman LLC. She has represented individuals with real estate matters, estate planning, small businesses, non-profit organizations, contracts, insurance and business structures. Ms. Leighton is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern districts of New York. She earned her B.A. degree from Rutgers University and her J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Kevin J. Dunlevy
is an attorney at LeVander Gillen & Miller P.A., where he practices in real estate and creditors' remedies. He is a real property law specialist certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Dunlevy is experienced in real estate litigation, transactions, foreclosures, evictions, and other creditors' remedies. He is a frequent presenter at seminars for attorneys, title companies, realtors and lenders, and has written numerous articles and publications for professional and trade groups. Mr. Dunlevy is a member of the Hennepin County, Minnesota State and American bar associations, as well as the State Bar Association of North Dakota and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He co-chairs the Legislative Committee of the Real Property Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and is the past chair of the Title Insurance Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association's Torts and Insurance Practice Section. Mr. Dunlevy recently taught real estate law to lawyers and law students in Ukraine, including real estate and mortgage fraud. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, and his J.D. degree from the University of North Dakota.
