Ms. Wahler is past chair of the Law-Related Education Committee of the State Bar of Montana, past president of the First Judicial District Bar Association, and active in promoting civic education.

Formerly a family law trial attorney with Eskew Law, Mr. Hacker has devoted his career to helping families recognize the use of assets to resolve difficult financial divisions. His client's have included medical professionals, retired professional athletes, entrepreneurs, CEOs, small family business owners, attorneys and the spouses of these individuals. Mr. Hacker has also presented on various financial topics, including pension valuations, high asset child support, use of tax rates to affect division of assets, real estate sales during divorce, brokerage accounts, SECURE 2.0, and a myriad of related topics. He earned his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis and his undergraduate degree from Purdue University - West Lafayette Campus.
