Michael R. Mushkin
is an attorney with Mushkin & Coppedge, where he practices in the areas of real estate law, transactions, negotiation, contracts, construction law, construction defect, civil litigation, corporate and business law, bankruptcy, federal income tax issues, and divorce. He earned his B.A. degree from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Mushkin is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association, Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, participant in the Nevada Law Foundation, and a life member Indiana University Alumni Association. He is admitted to practice in Nevada, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court, Nevada, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Naveed Nanjee
is an attorney at McGuireWoods LLP in the Environmental Practice group. He previously served as an attorney-advisor in the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington D.C., working on enforcement at superfund sites with a particular focus on emerging contaminants. Mr. Nanjee earned his J.D. degree from Vermont Law School, his LL.M. degree from the University of Edinburgh, and a double major in cognitive science and sustainable development from Vanderbilt University. He is admitted to practice in District of Columbia.

Keith W. Turner
is an partner with Watkins & Eager, where his areas of practice are environment and business. Prior to practicing law, he worked in the oil and gas industry and was an environmental consultant working with industry, real estate developers and state and local governments on environmental compliance issues. Mr. Turner is admitted to practice in Mississippi, U.S. District Court Southern and Northern districts of Mississippi, and U.S. Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit. He is an adjunct professor for Clean Water Act and Hazardous Waste Law with Mississippi College School of Law, and former adjunct professor with the School of Policy and Planning with Jackson State University - College of Public Service. Mr. Turner has previously lectured on the Clean Water Act, Wetlands Law, Fracking Issues, RCRA and CERCLA Liabilities and Environmental Risks for Real Estate Development. He is the co-author of a chapter in Implementing Institutional Controls at Brownfields and Other Contaminated Sites, second edition. Mr. Turner earned his B.A. degree from Boston University and his J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law. He is a member of ASTM (Environmental Assessment Committee), Environmental Law Institute, and The Mississippi Bar (Executive Committee for the Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law sections).

Martin A. Shelton
is a partner in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith. He has more than 24 years of experience in environmental and land use law, including environmental issues in real estate transactions, site remediation, regulatory compliance, and environmental litigation. Mr. Shelton earned his B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law. He is admitted to the trial and appellate courts in Georgia, Washington and the District of Columbia, U.S. Supreme Court, District of Columbia, Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal, and federal trial courts in Georgia and the District of Columbia. Mr. Shelton is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, District of Columbia Bar Association and Washington State Bar Association.

Matthew G. Giordano
is an Associate at McGuireWoods. He advises clients on environmental regulatory and compliance matters, including water and air pollution, solid and hazardous waste, wetlands, and local, state, and federal enforcement actions and environmental permitting. He partners with clients to develop plans for the cleanup and redevelopment of contaminated properties and provides guidance on environmental considerations in transactional matters. Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Mr. Giordano practiced environmental litigation at a regional law firm in Alabama. During law school, Mr. Giordano served as a law clerk for the Office of General Counsel for the District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment and as a summer honors law clerk for the Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Alabama, and North Carolina, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Alabama and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Giordano received his JD with Honors from Emory University School of Law and his BS in Earth and Environmental Sciences from Furman University. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Giordano worked as an environmental consultant for a national environmental consulting firm.
