Ellis B. Drew, III
is a partner in the law firm of Craige Jenkins Liipfert & Walker LLP, where his practice areas include commercial litigation, personal injury, workers' compensation, wrongful death, and nursing home abuse and neglect. Mr. Drew has tried numerous cases to verdict and is routinely associated on personal injury cases. He was a contributing author to Rules of Civil Procedure, published by Law Practice Handbooks, Inc. Mr. Drew is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, South Carolina Bar, Forsyth County Bar Association and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Wake Forest University and his J.D. degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.

Andrew J. Hanley
is a partner with the Wilmington law firm of Crossley McIntosh Collier Hanley & Edes, PLLC. Since 1991, he has practiced in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, employment law, maritime law, federal workers' compensation, and Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act. Mr. Hanley is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute, Maritime Law Association and the Defense Research Institute. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina, Texas, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of North Carolina, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth and Fifth circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Hanley earned his B.A. degree from Cornell University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Tulane University.
