Speaker bio
Duane H. Wunsch
is vice president and Wisconsin state counsel for Fidelity National Title Group. He has more than 30 years of experience, including searching and examining titles, closing transactions, and handling title insurance claims. Mr. Wunsch is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, Wisconsin Land Title Association and State Bar of Wisconsin. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.
Speaker bio
Steven E. Zablocki
is underwriting counsel for First American Title. He previously worked as foreclosure counsel, litigating secured lender disputes. Mr. Zablocki has extensive knowledge of title matters and was a frequent lecturer to firm staff. He has conducted numerous training sessions onsite for national lenders. Mr. Zablocki earned his B.A. degree from Marquette University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Speaker bio
Joseph C. Rust
co-founded the law firm of Kesler & Rust, P.C. where he practiced law until his retirement this year. For almost 60 years he worked in the areas of personal injury litigation; real property acquisitions and sales; landlord-tenant relations; construction law, including lien and bond claims; international law; and commercial litigation. Mr. Rust is a past chairman of the Committee on Civil Procedure of the International Bar Association. He was on the Utah District Export Council for over 35 years, including serving as president for six years; and served many years on the Utah State Bar's Governmental Affairs Committee and Utah State Bar's International Section. Mr. Rust earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Utah.
