Speaker bio
Brian Fischer
is with THD Design Group, and has more than 30 years of experience in the survey field performing a variety of survey types for residential, municipal, commercial, industrial and government agency clients. He has experience in survey instrumentation and computer aided drafting (CAD) programs, as well as office and survey programs such as Trimble Office, Carlson and Civil 3D. Mr. Fischer's management experience includes overseeing drafting and field crews, as well as a branch office for an oil and gas services firm in southeast Texas. He holds professional land surveyors licenses in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Mississippi, Kansas, Florida, Alabama, Kentucky, and Texas.

James J. Randall, Sr.
is a shareholder in the Monett law firm of Randall Masri & Randall PC. He has practiced law for nearly 50 years. Mr. Randall's practice focuses on litigation, medical/legal issues, business transactions and estate planning. He is a former bankruptcy examiner for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Randall has lectured to attorneys, CPAs, insurance adjusters and medical personnel. He earned his A.B. degree from Rockhurst College and his J.D. degree from St. Louis University. Mr. Randall is a member of The Missouri Bar, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts of Missouri and Arkansas.

Jack R. Luellen
is special counsel with Buchalter in the firm's Denver office. His practice is primarily dedicated to oil and gas law, with a particular emphasis on litigation. Mr. Luellen earned his B.S. degree, with distinction, from Colorado State University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. He is admitted to practice in California, Colorado, Utah and North Dakota. Mr. Luellen is a member of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation and Energy Mineral Law Foundation.

R. Porter Feild
is an attorney at Burch, Porter & Johnson, PLLC, where his practice focuses on general litigation, including matters in both state and federal court. He practices in the area of real estate litigation, plaintiff personal injury and complex business litigation. Mr. Feild is a graduate of the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis, where he was editor-in-chief of the University of Memphis Law Review, and has served on the Board of Directors of the University of Memphis Alumni Association. He’s been listed in Best Lawyers® in America in the areas of commercial litigation, litigation-insurance, personal injury litigation-defendants, and real estate law (2017-2019). Mr. Feild is also the co-author of " The 2018 Amendments to the Neighborhood Preservation Act: A More Powerful Tool for Blight Eradication," guest column in The Daily Memphian (January, 2019).
