Mark K. Gubinsky
is the owner of The Gubinsky Law Firm, P.C. Prior to founding The Gubinsky Law Firm, P.C. in 2011, he was a shareholder and president of a family law firm in Pittsburgh. An attorney since 1994, Mr. Gubinsky strives to provide each client with personal, responsive and cost-effective representation. He believes that individuals and families in transition deserve compassionate, reasonable representation. Mr. Gubinsky uses his years of experience in family law issues to evaluate each client's case and work with the client to formulate a course of action appropriate for each individual's unique situation. He recognizes that the families of today sometimes face complex issues, and that respect and discretion is imperative. Mr. Gubinsky's professional training and accomplishments include: he trained in collaborative law and is a founding member and immediate past president of the Collaborative Law Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania; he is active in local professional organizations, including the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Family Law Section Council, and the Family Law Section's Child Support Guidelines Committee; he chairs the Allegheny County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service Committee; and he frequently lectures on family law topics for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Cape Institute. Mr. Gubinsky earned a B.S. degree from the University of Maryland in 1990 and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1994.

Kirk C. Stange
is a founding partner of Stange Law Firm, PC, a multi-state family law firm with offices in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Indiana, Iowa, Texas and Kentucky. Through his dedication to clients and their family law cases, he has been recognized for numerous awards including Super Lawyers, Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers Honoree for Family Law, 2015 to present (The final published Super Lawyers list represents no more than 5% of the lawyers in the state); and Missouri Lawyers Media, The POWER List Top 30 for Family Law, since 2020. Mr. Stange is the author of a chapter in a book through Thomson Reuters (Aspatore Publishing) titled, Strategies for Military Family Law: Leading Lawyers on Navigating Family Law in the Armed Forces (Inside the Minds). He released a full-length book through Thomson Reuters (Aspatore Publishing) titled, Prenuptial Agreements Line by Line. Mr. Stange authored another chapter in a book through Thomson Reuters (Aspatore Published) titled, Strategies for Illinois Family Law: Leading Lawyers on Leveraging Alternative Dispute Resolution, Negotiating Alimony and Child Support, and Managing Client Expectations (Inside the Minds). He is licensed in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas; and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Mr. Stange earned his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

C. Page Hamrick, III
, J.D., CPA, is the principal of the Charleston law firm of C. Page Hamrick III, Attorney at Law. He has concentrated his practice in the areas of divorce law, tax and corporate estate law. Mr. Hamrick has served as a family law master, as assistant attorney general, as counsel to the West Virginia Legislature and as a hearing officer for numerous state agencies. He is a certified public accountant. Mr. Hamrick has testified as an expert witness in matters involving federal and state tax, financial analysis and real estate. He is a member of The West Virginia State Bar, American Association of Attorney-CPAs and West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Hamrick regularly teaches tax and law courses at Marshall University and has taught accounting at West Virginia University-Tech. He earned his B.S.B.A. and J.D. degrees from West Virginia University, and his M.B.A. degree from the Marshall University (formerly WVCOGS).

Donelle H. Ratheal
is president of Ratheal Family Law, P.C., where she practices in the areas of domestic relations and probate litigation, trial and appellate. She is a member of the Family Law sections for both the American and Oklahoma bar associations, as well as a member of the Canadian, Custer and Beckham County bar associations. Ms. Ratheal earned her B.M. degree from the University of Denver, her M.M. degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and her J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma. Honors and awards include Lawyers of Distinction, Super Lawyers, and Top 10 Family Law Attorney.
