Mr. Miles has experience defending complex contract disputes, banking and financial fraud actions, restrictive covenant and trade secrets actions, business torts and breaches of fiduciary duty, disputes between members of closely held corporations, professional malpractice actions, consumer fraud actions, and shareholder derivative actions. He has also defended employers in all manner of employment disputes, including claims under Title VII, Section 1981, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, NJLAD, NJCEPA and common law in state and federal courts, as well as before the EEOC and NJ Division on Civil Rights. Mr. Miles has also served as local counsel for numerous intellectual property, patent infringement, consumer fraud, breach of contract, franchise, and employment cases.
