Jacob S. Narva
serves as counsel with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC in Parsippany, New Jersey. He is in the firm's Commercial Litigation, Employment, Business/Corporate, and Appellate Practice groups. A skilled trial attorney and former criminal prosecutor, Mr. Narva guides businesses and their owners through complex civil, real estate, administrative, employment, and shareholder and partnership litigation. He also serves his clients as outside counsel, representing them in contract negotiations and counseling them in corporate governance, risk mitigation, and employment matters. As an employment lawyer, Mr. Narva advises managers and HR on employment laws and company policies and procedures, as well as strategies to avoid or pursue litigation. His experience as a criminal prosecutor and commercial and employment litigator is invaluable in conducting internal investigations to identify and respond to potential liabilities. Mr. Narva earned his B.S. degree from Trinity College and J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

is an attorney at Andrews Myers, P.C. As a board-certified labor and employment attorney, he regularly advises clients on various labor and employment issues such as discrimination, trade secrets, non-competes, non-solicits, unfair labor practice charges, FMLA leave, benefits policies, employment manuals and policies, wage and hour laws, employment contracts, workers' compensation, WARN Act, OSHA, and more. Mr. Chitale routinely drafts employment manuals, employee wage and hour classification policies, employment contracts, severance agreements, bonus agreements and more, in a manner that best protects his clients' interests. A significant portion of his practice involves dealing with government agencies such as the EEOC, Department of Labor, NLRB, DHS, OSHA and even the IRS. Mr. Chitale earned his B.A. degree from Texas A&M University and his J.D. degree from the University of Houston Law Center.

Michael J. Miles
is a partner at Brown & Connery, LLP. He concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation, including the litigation and trial of all manner of business, employment and civil rights disputes. Mr. Miles has experience defending complex contract disputes, banking and financial fraud actions, restrictive covenant and trade secrets actions, business torts and breaches of fiduciary duty, disputes between members of closely held corporations, professional malpractice actions, consumer fraud actions, and shareholder derivative actions. He has also defended employers in all manner of employment disputes, including claims under Title VII, Section 1981, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, NJLAD, NJCEPA and common law in state and federal courts, as well as before the EEOC and NJ Division on Civil Rights. Mr. Miles has also served as local counsel for numerous intellectual property, patent infringement, consumer fraud, breach of contract, franchise, and employment cases. In addition to his litigation practice, he has counseled employers with respect to their obligations under FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, OWBA, wage & hour laws, and WARN for plant closing and mass layoffs, as well as compliance with state employment laws. Mr. Miles has also guided employers in conducting disciplinary actions, terminations, and reductions in force. He has experience drafting employment agreements, employee handbooks, and providing workplace training sessions on harassment and discrimination. He has also assisted employers in obtaining H-1B and L-1 Visas, as well as Permanent Residency Status for foreign employees. Mr. Miles earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Saint Joseph's University and his J.D. degree, with honors, in 2005 from Rutgers University School of Law.
