Mary Ewing
is a founding member of Mary Ewing Law Office PC. Having previously practiced for 20 years with Ewing & Ewing PC, she is a tireless advocate in her representation of those who have been injured as a result of an automobile collision, dangerous condition, defective product, or professional negligence. Ms. Ewing also represents those involved in divorce litigation, workers' compensation claims, Social Security claims, and employment matters. She has been a frequent presenter at numerous continuing legal education seminars, held a board position with the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association for 30 years, and was certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Ms. Ewing served as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Denver College of Law for many years, as well as on the teaching faculty for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Colorado and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver.

Dana Eberle
is an attorney at Church, Langdon, Lopp, Banet Law, where she oversees the family law practice area. She earned her bachelor's degree from Indiana University Bloomington and her J.D. degree from University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. Ms. Eberle is a member of Indiana State Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and Floyd County Bar Association, and is also a certified family law mediator in Indiana. She is chair of the Center's Southern Indiana Partnership Council. Ms. Eberle is licensed in Indiana and Kentucky.

Todd M. Galante
is a partner with Piro Zinna Cifelli Paris & Genitempo LLC. He practices in the areas of commercial litigation; commercial and residential real estate and other foreclosures; bankruptcy (Chapters 7, 13 and 11); state court insolvency/assignment for the benefit of creditors; loan workouts; lender liability; fraud; franchise law and litigation; trademark and unfair trade practices; general equity matter; partnership, corporate, limited liability company, closely held corporate and family business litigation; certain labor and employment litigation; white collar crime defense; municipal law; and attorney ethics. Mr. Galante is a certified arbitrator, mediator and mediator mentor, handling both private and court appointed civil matters through the Superior Court of New Jersey arbitration and mediation programs. He is a frequent speaker who has been repeatedly listed in Best Lawyers in America, New Jersey Monthly Magazine Super Lawyers, New York Magazine - New York Area's Top Lawyers and Corporate Counsel - Top Lawyers. Mr. Galante is an adjunct professor at Rutgers University. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Rutgers University and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Galante is a member of the American and New Jersey State bar associations, American Trial Lawyers Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, and local bar associations. He is a member in good standing of the bars of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey; Southern, Eastern and Northern districts of New York; and Eastern District of Wisconsin.

is an attorney in Tennessee, where he practices in the areas of family law, juvenile law, and criminal defense. Mr. Bryant earned his B.S. degree from the University of Texas at Tyler and his J.D. degree, top ten percent of his law school class and magna cum laude, from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphrey's School of Law. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association Family Law Section, Montgomery County Bar Association and the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Bryant is admitted to practice law in Tennessee.
