David M. Potteiger
is a partner in the law firm of Walcheske & Luzi, LLC. Practicing since 2007, he has built his reputation as an impassioned and zealous advocate, which he displays in both his trial and appellate practice. Mr. Potteiger is a frequent author and speaker on litigation topics. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his J.D. degree from Golden Gate University School of Law.

Stanton T. Mathews
is the principal in the trial law specialty firm Bear Republic Law APC, located in Orange County, California. The firm focuses its expertise on the prosecution of civil wrongdoers, individual, corporate and governmental, whose conduct causes personal injury and economic loss. Mr. Mathews is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a selected member of the Bar Register of Pre-Eminent Lawyers in America, and his jury verdicts seat him with the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is the co-author of the widely used California Practice Guide, California Causes of Action, published by James Publishing. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, Orange County Trial Lawyers, and Western Trial Lawyers Association.

Ami T. Anderson
is a partner in the northwest Indiana office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, and a member of the general liability practice. She has an extensive and diverse litigation practice, and frequently appears before both Indiana State and Federal courts as, well as the Indiana Workers' Compensation Board. Ms. Anderson represents defendants in a variety of matters including general liability, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, professional liability, products liability and workers' compensation matters. She has tried numerous cases to verdict before both juries and the bench. Ms. Anderson has also successfully handled multiple appeals before both the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the State Bar of Indiana and the National Association of Women Lawyers and the Health Law Section Chair for Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana (DTCI). Ms. Anderson earned her B.A. degree from St. Mary’s College and her J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Mark West
is a sole practitioner in San Gabriel, where he practices in plaintiff personal injury and wrongful death, products liability law, medical malpractice, and business civil litigation. He has published several articles and frequently lectures. Mr. West is admitted to practice in the Northern, Central and Southern U.S. District Courts in California; Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; and Supreme Court of the United States. He has also been admitted pro hac vice in the state and U.S. District Court for Nevada, and the U.S. District Court for Minnesota. Mr. West is a member of the American and Los Angeles County bar associations, State Bar of California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of California (past legislative district coordinator), and American Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his B.S. degree from New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University) and his J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law.
