Sonia J. Buck
is an attorney at the firm of Pierce Atwood LLP. Her practice areas include foreclosures, loan restructuring, creditors' rights, collection and bankruptcy. Ms. Buck is a trained mediator and has mediated for Maine's Foreclosure Diversion program. She has written several articles for American Bar Association publications and has also published a book, Movie Therapy for Law Students. Ms. Buck has been adjunct faculty at Kaplan University, where she has taught paralegal and business classes. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Southern Maine and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law.

Richard M. Howe
is the managing partner of Howe & Associates in Alpharetta, Georgia. Howe & Associates focuses their practice on debt collection and he has been the lead attorney representing plaintiffs in over 5,000 litigation cases. His main areas of practice within the firm are in counseling his creditor clients regarding all issues with respect to debt collection and litigating collection cases throughout the entire state of Georgia. Mr. Howe earned his B.B.A. degree from Georgia Southern University and his J.D. degree from John Marshall School of Law. He is a twenty-year member of The Commercial Law League of America and has earned an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell.

is the managing member of Goodgold West Maitlin & Klein LLC, a business boutique law firm based in Roseland, New Jersey. He heads the firm's collection law practice, and handles commercial and consumer collection matters across a wide spectrum of industries. Mr. Goodgold is a frequent speaker on topics related to collection law, ethics and law firm management. He regularly counsels clients pre-litigation and in anticipation of collection litigation matters. Mr. Goodgold is barred in New Jersey and New York. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Binghamton University and his J.D. degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

is an attorney with the law firm of Sherrets Bruno & Vogt, LLC. He is an experienced multi-jurisdictional trial and appellate attorney with offices in Scottsdale and Omaha, focusing on business litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, legal malpractice and eminent domain. Mr. Bruno regularly fights for the rights of individuals, small business owners, and condemnees against insurance companies, banks, and the government. He has successfully represented two clients against the United States of America. Alex J. Whitt
is an attorney at FactorLaw/Law Office of William J. Factor, Ltd. He specializes in representing debtors in complex Chapter 7, 13, and 11 matters, as well as representing Chapter 7 trustees. With nine years of experience, Mr. Whitt has successfully represented clients across an array of bankruptcy matters. He graduated in the top 10 of his class from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly the John Marshall Law School). While in law school, Mr. Whitt served as staff editor for the Law Review Journal and as a judicial extern for then Chief Bankruptcy Judge Bruce W. Black. He has also served as the co-chair for the Chicago Bar Association's Young Lawyers' Bankruptcy & Reorganization committee.
