Rachel Gershon
is a senior attorney at Justice in Aging. Her work on the health team is focused on improving the experiences of low-income adults enrolled in Medicare, including paying for medication, leaving incarceration, and navigating both Medicaid and Medicare at the same time. Ms. Gershon spent a decade working with state Medicaid systems seeking to make care delivery better, including working on language access, re-entry services, housing and food assistance, and integrated care for individuals dually enrolled in Medicaid and Medicare. She has a J.D. and master's in public health from Harvard University. Ms. Gershon is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.

Patricia A. Craig
is senior counsel in Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP's special needs planning and special education law; and probate and administration of trusts and estates practice groups. With over 10 years of experience, she concentrates her practice in the areas of special needs planning, guardianships, special education law, and estate administration. Ms. Craig also guides and advocates for families with special needs children, helping them access government benefits, handling their estate planning, establishing Special Needs Trusts (SNTs), and planning for decision-making as their children reach adulthood. She earned her B.A. degree from Hofstra University and her J.D. degree from Touro Law. Ms. Craig is a board member of AHRC-Suffolk and a member of New York State Bar Association-Elder Law and Special Needs Section, Council of Parent and Attorney Advocates, Nassau County Bar Association-Elder Law & Special Needs Committee and Special Education Law Committee. Stacy E. Thompson
is a partner in the law firm of Bluestein Thompson Sullivan, LLC in Columbia, South Carolina. She practices exclusively in the area of Social Security disability. Ms. Thompson is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives (NOSSCR) and has been a member of the NOSSCR Board representing the Fourth and D.C. circuits. She also is a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, South Carolina Bar, and the Richland County Bar Association. Ms. Thompson is chair of the Social Security Disability Section of the South Carolina Association for Justice (formerly South Carolina Trial Lawyers) and a member of the South Carolina Bar Publications Committee and Pro Bono Committee. She has been a speaker at numerous seminars regarding Social Security disability throughout the state.
