Daniel Del Collo, III
is the owner of The Law Office of Daniel Del Collo III, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and elder law, including the drafting of wills, trusts and special needs, guardianships, Medicaid planning, powers of attorneys, and advanced medical directives. His elder law clients also call upon him to handle personal injury, real estate and business law matters. Mr. Del Collo also provides counsel to individuals and families with loved ones suffering from varying types and degrees of dementia such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Huntington's and other neurological diseases. He earned his B.A. degree from Haverford College and his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden.

Mr. Smith is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Academy of Special Needs Planners and ElderCounsel. He is an accredited attorney by the Veterans Administration. Mr. Smith earned his MDiv degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary and his J.D. degree from University of Memphis-Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

, MPA, MST, CPA, CGMA, ABV, CVA, CM & AA, CFF, CEPA, IFRS, is the managing member with Silvermark CPAs & Advisors, where he has more than 20 years of consulting experience. He has represented three Big 4 accounting firms, some in tax leadership roles, and a Fortune 500 Company as a tax officer. Mr. Denney's strengths are in identifying tax planning opportunities and areas of tax risk, and some of his tax research has been nationally published. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the ABV Section; the Indiana CPA Society; the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; and the Ball State University Accounting Department Executive Advisory Council. Mr. Denney earned his B.S. degree, in accounting, from Ball State University and both of his M.S. degrees, in taxation and professional accountancy, from Indiana University.

Andrés J. Hernández Lossada
is lead counsel at Saltiel Law Group, where his practice includes corporate law, international tax and estate planning for domestic and foreign high net worth individuals, and assisting with fully compliant structures, both domestically and abroad, as well as providing succession planning solutions considering tax challenges of global wealth. He has experience advising high net worth individuals and their families on cross-border wealth, investments, and estate planning concerns with particular focus on issues arising from civil law and common law application. Mr. Hernandez also has significant experience advising individuals and fiduciaries in estate, trust, and probate administration, and representing clients on tax controversy matters before the IRS, including streamlined filing compliance procedures. He earned his Abogado LL.B. equivalent from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, Caracas, Venezuela; his LL.M. degree and certificate in business administration from Northwestern University School of Law and Kellogg School of Management; his LL.M. degree in taxation from Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago, Illinois; and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law, Atlanta, Georgia.
