Caleb G. Tomaszewski
is an attorney at Erchull Real Estate Group. He earned his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Northern Illinois University and his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School. During law school, Mr. Tomaszewski had the opportunity to clerk for a local Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge, Waukesha County Corporation Counsel and Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. These clerkships provided him with a diverse set of experiences that have translated to a unique and helpful knowledge of property and real estate law. Mr. Tomaszewski is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin.

Hannah C. Burt
is an attorney at Rebekah Fisher and Associates, PLLC. She represents clients in commercial real estate transactions by drafting and negotiating commercial leases, performing due diligence related to leases, sales and acquisitions of real property, and manages closings of high-level transactions. Mrs. Burt received her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Alabama and her J.D. degree from Belmont University College of Law. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in Tennessee.

Steve D. Tran
is a partner with eXL Legal PLLC, and has been practicing for over 15 years. He handles all matters involving firm liability and complex litigation in diverse aspects of creditors' rights including, but not limited to, residential and commercial foreclosure, creditor representation in bankruptcies and adversary proceedings (Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13), replevins, collections, title controversy, vendor and operational relationships, and others. Mr. Tran earned his B.A. degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.

James A. Hochman
is a partner with the Chicago firm of Schain Banks Kenny & Schwartz, Ltd., where he represents commercial real estate brokerage firms, landlords, tenants, and commercial real estate investors, assisting in all phases of commercial and residential real estate. Mr. Hochman is a frequent speaker on real estate broker-related legal issues for state and local estate organizations. He co-wrote and sponsored the Illinois Commercial Real Estate Broker Lien Act; and through his drafting and lobbying efforts, several other states have adopted similar statutes. Mr. Hochman is also active in support of license portability legislation for commercial real estate brokers, and is the architect and drafter of statutes in several estates on that issue as well. He is a frequent speaker for NBI on real estate topics, and he recently completed the chapter on real estate brokerage law for the Illinois Institute of Continuing Education (IICLE), soon to be published. Mr. Hochman also teaches a course on commercial leases for the Society of Industrial and Office Brokers (SIOR), and writes a quarterly column for SIOR called "Plain Speaking from a Lawyer." He earned his A.B. degree from Brown University and his J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law.

M. Clare Schuller
is a senior counsel at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig PLLC. Her practice involves representing individuals and businesses in real estate transactions and litigation. Ms. Schuller advises banks on secured transactions and actively works in commercial and residential real estate purchase and lease transactions. She has overseen the closing of numerous large governmental projects, including the purchase of a historic beach project in Annapolis for conversion into a city park and the acquisition of land for a district court building in Harford County. Additionally, Ms. Schuller has extensive experience in the buying and selling of businesses. She earned her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law in 2012. Ms. Schuller is admitted to practice in Maryland and the U.S. Tax Court. She is active in the community through her legislative advocacy on behalf of the Maryland Land Title Association, including successfully lobbying for the adoption of Remote Notarization laws in Maryland.

Jamie Radabaugh
is an attorney at Boardman & Clark LLP. He has more than 23 years of real estate experience, he concentrates his practice on all phases of commercial real estate including the acquisition and sale of real estate, project development, financing, construction, leasing, management, due diligence, and governmental entitlements. Prior to joining Boardman Clark, Mr. Radabaugh worked in several corporate roles. His in-house experience helps him to understand the client perspective, allowing him to identify the issues most important to them and to communicate complex legal issues a manner that is understandable. It has also given Mr. Radabaugh an appreciation for working collaboratively with clients to solve problems and complete deals in support of their goals. He has experience in nearly all asset classes and has worked extensively with retail and office projects. Mr. Radabaugh has taken numerous projects from concept to delivery, representing property owners, investors, and tenants. He has closed agreements involving many of today's best-known retail and office tenants. Mr. Radabaugh earned his B.S. degree from St. Cloud State University and his J.D. degree from University School of Law.
