Shawn Twing

is a solo practitioner and general counsel for Infinite Health Services, LLC. His expertise lies in labor and employment law matters, business transactions and agency practice. Mr. Twing is also a writer and speaker on labor and employment issues, and hosts a labor and employment seminar annually at Wayland Baptist University. He represented Lubbock District Court Judge, Bradley Underwood in a civil action by a former court coordinator who alleged sexual harassment and retaliatory discharge. The resulting opinion of this case clarified legal standards regarding the statutory definition of "complaint" for purposes of the Labor Code's limitations provisions. He is a member of various professional organizations, including the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association, as well as the College of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Twing is admitted to practice in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. He earned his undergraduate degree from West Texas State University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.

is the principal of Zuckerman Law where he litigates whistleblower retaliation, whistleblower rewards, wrongful discharge, and other employment-related claims. His practice focuses on representing senior executives and senior professionals in high-stakes whistleblower retaliation cases, including SOX claims, and representing whistleblowers before the SEC, CFTC and IRS. Mr. Zuckerman's broad experience includes practicing employment law at a national law firm and serving as Senior Legal Advisor to the Special Counsel at the U.S. Office of Special Counsel, the federal agency charged with protecting whistleblowers in the federal government. At the Office of Special Counsel, he worked on several high-profile investigations, including a whistleblower retaliation case resulting in the removal of an inspector general. He played an active role in the agency's implementation of the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act, expanded the agency's outreach program, and drafted amicus curiae briefs on key issues concerning federal employee whistleblower rights and protections. Mr. Zuckerman serves as co-chair of the Whistleblower Subcommittee of the ABA Labor and Employment Section's Employee Rights and Responsibilities Committee and served as co-chair of the National Employment Lawyers Association's Whistleblower Committee, co-chair of the Sarbanes-Oxley Subcommittee of the ABA Labor and Employment Fair Labor Standards Legislation Committee, co-chair of the Whistleblower Committee of the District of Columbia Bar's Labor and Employment Section, and member of Law 360's Employment Editorial Advisory Board. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from Georgetown University and received his law degree from the University of Virginia, where he served as Articles Editor of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology. He is admitted to practice before the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia bars, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Fourth, and Federal Circuits, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.

is an attorney with Polsinelli. She helps employers of all sizes and in a variety of industries stay compliant with ever-changing federal and state employment laws, including those regarding wage and hour, equal employment opportunity, leaves and restrictive covenants. Ms. Tichenor partners with employers to develop policies and procedures, and provide day-to-day guidance tailored to the unique needs of each employer, its workforce and workplace culture. She also drafts agreements, including employment agreements, bonus agreements, and separation agreements to help protect employers and reduce the risk of a dispute with an employee. Ms. Tichenor further supports employers during transactions by conducting due diligence to help spot potential pitfalls and take steps to ensure a smooth employment transition post-closing. She strives to help employers avoid litigation and other disputes, but if disputes arise, she represents employers through the dispute process. Ms. Tichenor has successfully represented organizations of all sizes before state and federal courts and administrative agencies and has assisted employers in obtaining favorable decisions before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Occupational Safety and Health Administration. She earned her J.D. degree at Washington and Lee University and is admitted to practice in Colorado, North Dakota, and Florida. Ms. Tichenor has been named 'Ones to Watch' through Best Lawyers in America for her employment law management practice.
