is a managing partner with Wilde Law Firm, PLLC. He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and California. Mr. Wilde has been practicing in the area of real estate law in North Carolina for 14 years. He has taught short sales and foreclosure to investors, real estate agents and attorneys for more than 7 years. Mr. Wilde also has served as a consultant for loan servicers regarding the laws relevant to short sales. He is the developer of the Attorney Short Sale Management Solution, an innovative approach that breaks the short sale process down into its 8 basic steps. The process takes a very difficult, frustrating and confusing short sale situation with a low success rate and turns it into an easy, confidence building and highly successful transaction for the respective realtors, buyers and sellers. Mr. Wilde graduated from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. He was the recipient of several awards and certificates including the Cornelius Honor Society and a certificate in environmental and natural resources law. Mr. Wilde graduated from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point New York.
