is an associate in the litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP's New York office, representing individual and corporate clients in commercial litigation in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and mediations, with a focus on intellectual property disputes. Ms. DeCandia independently manages cases through all phases of litigation, including propounding written requests, reviewing responses, overseeing document review, and taking depositions. She has experience researching and drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and settlement agreements. Ms. DeCandia earned her J.D. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles with a specialization in media, entertainment, and technology law and policy. She previously graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
