Robert E. Bollengier
is a sole practitioner with Robert E. Bollengier Law Offices in Warwick, Rhode Island. His practice areas include federal and state taxation, probate, estate planning, wills, trusts, and corporate and business law. Mr. Bollengier has been a visiting instructor for Bryant University and Providence College. He earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College. Mr. Bollengier simultaneously earned his J.D. degree with his M.B.A. degree, highest honors, from St. Louis University; and his LL.M. degree, cum laude, from Boston University. In addition, he earned a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in estate planning from Bryant University and is currently working towards his CFP®, ChFC and CLU designations. Mr. Bollengier is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and a past member of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mary E. Niemira
has practiced family law for over 25 years. She focuses her practice in divorce, complex asset and custody cases, modifications and enforcement of existing judgments, orders of protection, and related appellate practice. Ms. Niemira is of counsel at Carmody MacDonald P.C. and was a partner at her previous firm, where she had practiced since 1993. She has been named on The Best Lawyers in America list for family law since 2018. Ms. Niemira has co-authored CLE materials for state and local CLE programming over the years, as well as the article "Domestic Tort Claims in the Context of Divorce" published in ABA Family Advocate in Fall 2016. She earned her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1992. During law school, Ms. Niemira was inducted into the Order of the Coif national academic honor society, and she was awarded American Jurisprudence honors for achieving the highest grade in three law school courses. After graduation, she served the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District as a clerk to the Honorable Stanley Grimm.

Kerie S. Trindle Byrne
, PP, PLS-SC, has been a legal professional for over 25 years and has worked in many different capacities in the law firm environment, including file clerk, legal secretary, office manager, administrative assistant, and paralegal. She has previously spoken on ethics and other topics at the webinar entitled, "A Paralegal's Guide to Discovery in Divorce". Through determination, hard work and on-the-job training, Ms. Trindle Byrne gained the background knowledge and skills to perform as a legal support professional. Believing education to reinforce her skills was important, she attended Phoenix College and earned her Associate of Arts Degree in paralegal studies, obtained her PP and PLS certifications from NALS, and her specialty certificate (SC) in family law from NALS. Ms. Trindle Byrne has practiced many areas of law and has worked as a family law paralegal with David N. Horowitz of Warner Angle Hallam Jackson & Formanek PLC for the last 18 years. She believes her communication skills, creativity, intuition and innovation make her an effective leader.

is an attorney at the Law Office of James B. Palmquist, III, where her practice areas include family law, adoption and criminal law. William Reingold, Jr.
is an attorney with Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson PLLC, practicing in the area of family law. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law (executive editor, Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property, February (2018-2019); Wake Forest Moot Court, Stanley Moot Court Competition best oralist (2017); board member, marshall (2018-2019)). Mr. Reingold is a member of the Scribes Journal of Legal Writing; American Bar Association; King County Bar Association; and the Family Law CASA, King County. He is admitted to practice in Washington.

Robert B. Kuenzel
is the owner of the firm Kuenzel Law, PLLC in Chapmanville, West Virginia, where he represents clients in personal injury, wrongful death and mining accidents cases, as well as clients in various criminal matters in both state and federal courts. He is a member of The West Virginia State Bar; and is admitted to practice in West Virginia state courts, United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Kuenzel earned his B.S. degree in education from West Virginia University, his A.A.S. degree in police science and his M.S. degree in criminal justice from Marshall University and his J.D. degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. Prior to attending law school, he was a West Virginia state trooper for nearly ten years; serving as a uniformed officer for five years and a plain clothes investigator for five years. In these roles, Mr. Kuenzel investigated serious motor vehicle crashes, as well as various felony level crimes such as murder, robbery and property crimes.

A. Craig Abrahamson
is an attorney in Tulsa, operating A. Craig Abrahamson, Attorney at Law. He focuses his practice on general civil litigation, bankruptcy and family law; and handling divorce, child custody, visitation rights, child support, alimony, spousal support, post decree modification and enforcement of custody, visitation and support, premarital agreements, guardianship, probate and administration of estates. Mr. Abrahamson represents creditors and debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases. He also represents clients in business litigation, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, real estate transactions, landlord-tenant, business law and commercial transactions. Mr. Abrahamson has been a frequent presenter for continuing legal education courses on family law, landlord tenant law, bankruptcy and litigation. He is a member of Oklahoma Bar Association (Family Law, Law Office Management and Technology, Bankruptcy sections) and Tulsa County Bar Association (Family Law and Bankruptcy sections). Mr. Abrahamson earned his B.A. degree from University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree from University of Tulsa.
