James A. McEntarfer
is the founder of McEntarfer Law Office in Angola, where his focus areas include civil and domestic mediation, litigation, real estate, estate planning, and probate. He is a registered mediator in both civil and family law. Mr. McEntarfer is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and treasurer of the Steuben County Bar Association. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Evansville and his J.D. degree from Indiana University in Indianapolis, and has also completed the Indiana Graduate Program for Judges.

Tifanne E. Wolter
is an attorney with Henningson & Snoxell Ltd. She has practiced family law exclusively for more than a decade. Ms. Wolter has assisted a wide array of clients with divorce, custody, paternity, child support, third party custody, parenting time, and domestic abuse matters. She is trained in collaborative divorce and mediation, and upon graduating from law school, she obtained a certificate in dispute resolution from Hamline University School of Law. After earning her Juris Doctorate degree, Ms. Wolter worked for Legal Aid, helping victims of domestic abuse and low-income clients with family law issues. She is the past chairperson and representative to the assembly for the Minnesota State Bar Association (Family Law Section). Ms. Wolter has been involved with the Family Law Section for many years. Previously, she was the vice chairperson and chairperson of publications. Ms. Wolter earned her B.A. degree from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota and her J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota.

Stefano Riznyk
is an attorney at San Diego Biz Law APC. He conducts seminars for lawyers nationwide on high-level negotiations, and is currently writing a book on the subject. Mr. Riznyk's experience in immigration with clients in 54 countries has taught him a lot about human nature and the traits that both identify and surpass cultures, has proven invaluable. He has saved clients and corporations literally millions of dollars, as well as careers, as a result of his high-level negotiation skills and having represented political figures, actors, producers, and even federal agents, successfully undoing international kidnapping, blackmail, extortion, and career destruction with no money changing hands. Mr. Riznyk earned his B.S. degree from the University of Alberta and his J.D. degree from California Western School of Law.

Nicholas A. Wininsky, Esq.
is an attorney at his firm, Wininsky Law & Mediation. He has experience with employment law, employment litigation, wage and hour, general litigation and trial advocacy, and mediation and settlement tactics. Mr. Wininsky earned his M.A. degree from Ashland Theological Seminary and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh Law School. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
