Speaker bio
Shawn D. Twing
is a solo practitioner and general counsel for Infinite Health Services, LLC. His expertise lies in labor and employment law matters, business transactions and agency practice. Mr. Twing is also a writer and speaker on labor and employment issues, and hosts a labor and employment seminar annually at Wayland Baptist University. He represented Lubbock District Court Judge, Bradley Underwood in a civil action by a former court coordinator who alleged sexual harassment and retaliatory discharge. The resulting opinion of this case clarified legal standards regarding the statutory definition of "complaint" for purposes of the Labor Code's limitations provisions. He is a member of various professional organizations, including the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association, as well as the College of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Twing is admitted to practice in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. He earned his undergraduate degree from West Texas State University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.

Jennifer A. Corso
is an attorney at Petronzio Schneier Co., LPA. She has more than 25 years of experience representing management in employment and labor law, and is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in labor and employment law. Ms. Corso has written several articles and spoken at numerous seminars to community business groups on employment law topics. She is licensed to practice before all courts in the state of Ohio and the U.S. Federal Court in the Northern District of Ohio. Ms. Corso earned her B.S. degree from Eastern Michigan University and her J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

David A. Lowe
is a partner with the law firm of Keegan, Juban, Lowe & Robichaux, LLC, where he focuses his practice in civil litigation, insurance bad faith, contracts, corporate matters, employment law, personal injury, and successions. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the state of Louisiana, and has been admitted to practice pro hac vice before multiple federal courts in other jurisdictions. Mr. Lowe has argued multiple cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit Court as well as before the Louisiana Supreme Court. He is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana State, Federal and American bar associations. Mr. Lowe earned his B.A. degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University.

Lovita Tandy
is a partner with Krevolin & Horst, LLC and is a seasoned litigator and a well-recognized authority in the area of labor and employment law. She serves as a trusted advisor to small, mid-size, and multi-national corporations in a broad range of industries, as well as non-profits and government entities. Ms. Tandy relies on her more than 25 years of experience to guide clients in the defense of employment discrimination and retaliation claims involving federal and state anti-discrimination and whistleblower laws. She also guides clients through the complexities of whistleblower laws and the Fair Labor Standards Act. In addition, Ms. Tandy serves her clients as a DEI consultant and frequently conducts employment-related and DEI training for corporations and high-level executives, helps develop DEI strategies, and designs ADA, FLSA, and other employment-related compliance programs and offers advice and counseling on the full spectrum of employment laws. She has provided advice and counsel to, performed internal investigations for, and litigated on behalf of several local government entities and is familiar with the unique challenges associated with working with elected officials.

Masood S. Ali
concentrates his practice in general litigation, employment law, and defending companies in complex commercial transactions, including product liability class actions. His experience spans matters related to Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act and workers’ compensation. Mr. Ali works hand-in-hand with his clients, providing creative solutions to complex legal issues with a pragmatic approach to resolving matters at the onset of litigation. He is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Committee, and former vice-chair of the Labor and Employment Committee for the Chicago Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ali served as an associate for an employment litigation firm in Chicago. As an associate, he played an integral role in all stages of the litigation process, including drafting motions, conducting depositions, and serving as first and second chair for a number of pivotal hearings before the Illinois Labor Relations Board, Illinois Human Rights Commission and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Mr. Ali earned his J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law with a certificate in labor and employment. While attending law school, he served as a labor and employee discipline clerk for Chicago Public Schools, and as a legal extern for a labor and employment litigation firm. Mr. Ali holds a B.S. in business and marketing degree from DePaul University.
