Mary Beth Isom
is the paralegal for the Law Offices of D. Blair Clark, PC. She is a graduate of Lewis-Clark State College with degrees in both the legal secretary and paralegal programs. Ms. Isom is the only Certified Bankruptcy Assistant (CBA) in Idaho. She has extensive knowledge of all the forms of bankruptcy filings, including Chapters 9s, 11s and 12s. Ms. Isom currently has three assistants working for her and has trained other paralegals in the past. She was the primary instructor for paralegals and legal assistants at the Idaho Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section seminars in 2008, 2009 and 2010. Ms. Isom currently is attending Regent University to obtain her law degree with goals of representing clients in bankruptcy and elder law.

She focuses her practice on estate planning and probate. Ms. Wann graduated, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from St. Joseph's College of Maine and earned her Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law. She is a dedicated member of the WealthCouncil, ensuring that her expertise in estate planning and trust law remains at the forefront of the field. Ms. Wann is admitted to practice law in Tennessee.

is an attorney with Ferguson Cohen LLP. His practice areas include trusts and estates litigation, planning and Administration, and real estate. Mr. Wrynn earned his B.S. degree at St. John's University and his J.D. degree at St. John's University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Connecticut and New York. Mr. Wrynn is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association and the Queens County Bar Association.
