Speaker bio
E. Haley Rohrbaugh
is an attorney with CGA Law Firm, where her primary focus is in bankruptcy, although she also assists clients in business formation and representation and estate law. She earned her B.S. degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and her J.D. her from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. Ms. Rohrbaugh is a member of the York County Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Section, the York County Estate Planning Council, and serves of several related committees. She also works closely with Mid Penn Legal Services and Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association to offer pro bono representation for low-income families. Ms. Rohrbaugh was honored with a Pro Bono Recognition Award from the York County Bar Association for her work with pro bono clients in 2017, 2022, and 2023. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and Pennsylvania.

Anne V. Dunne
is with Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where she focuses her practice on commercial litigation, concentrating on financial services, class action defense, government investigations, and whistleblower litigation. She handles claims in both state and federal courts on behalf of a wide range of clients; including consumer banks, financial services companies, national banks, mortgage lenders and servicers, credit card issuers, short-term lenders, student lenders, manufacturers, and large national retailers. Ms. Dunne counsels clients on compliance with state and federal statutes and regulations, including TILA, FDCPA, TCPA, RESPA, ECOA, FCRA, Dodd-Frank, SOX, Chapter 93A, CUTPA, RFDCPA, and CCPA. Additionally, she litigates claims of trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and breach of restrictive covenant agreements. Ms. Dunne also represents corporations, officers and directors on securities litigation matters, shareholder derivative actions, and other complex commercial disputes. She received her A.B. degree from College of the Holy Cross and her J.D. degree from University of Georgia School of Law.

Leah N. Jacob
is of counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Her practice focuses on managing the prosecution and defense of consumer finance matters, with an emphasis on financial services litigation. Ms. Jacob represents numerous financial clients, including major banking institutions and mortgage loan servicers. Her practice encompasses all aspects of litigation, from the pleading stage through judgment, or resolution by settlement. Ms. Jacob received her B.S. degree from the University of Connecticut and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the New England School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, and U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Kevin J. Dunlevy
is an attorney at LeVander Gillen & Miller P.A., where he practices in real estate and creditors' remedies. He is a real property law specialist certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Dunlevy is experienced in real estate litigation, transactions, foreclosures, evictions, and other creditors' remedies. He is a frequent presenter at seminars for attorneys, title companies, realtors and lenders, and has written numerous articles and publications for professional and trade groups. Mr. Dunlevy is a member of the Hennepin County, Minnesota State and American bar associations, as well as the State Bar Association of North Dakota and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He co-chairs the Legislative Committee of the Real Property Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and is the past chair of the Title Insurance Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association's Torts and Insurance Practice Section. Mr. Dunlevy recently taught real estate law to lawyers and law students in Ukraine, including real estate and mortgage fraud. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, and his J.D. degree from the University of North Dakota.
