Henry J. Noye
is a partner in Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP's Litigation Department and a member of the catastrophic loss group. He has extensive background defending corporate entities in Pennsylvania state and federal courts in automotive product liability matters and automobile accident litigation involving catastrophic loss and liability. Mr. Noye has also defended clients in matters involving professional liability. He represents commercial and industrial entities including product manufacturers, private services providers, financial service providers, healthcare delivery systems, individuals and private clients, as well as real estate owners, managers, developers, and investors. Mr. Noye believes that relationships enhance representation; and as such, he seeks to establish meaningful connections with his corporate clients, based on the attributes that he values the most: diligence, virtue, equity, vigor, competence, competitiveness, candor, honesty and determination. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, working out, and traveling. Beyond that, Mr. Noye's faith is important to him and he is involved in efforts related to Autism Awareness. He also mentors several young professionals on a wide range of issues related to professional and personal development.

Robert (Beau) E. Blumberg
is a Partner with the trial law firm of Deutsch, Blumberg & Caballero P.A., where he practices personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability law. Mr. Blumberg is admitted to practice in Florida and before the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is a member of The Florida Bar (Member of the Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration Committee 2017- 2023, Member of the Code & Rules of Evidence Committee 2023-2026 (Vice-chair 2025-2026), Chair of the Standing Committee on Technology 2021- 2022, and Grievance Committee "A" Member, 2020- 2023), appointed to the Florida Courts Technology Commission by the Florida Supreme Court 2022-2024, Miami-Dade Bar ("MDB") Board of Directors 2022-2024, MDB Treasurer 2024-2025, MDB Secretary 2025-2026, Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Section of the MDB (2020-2024) and President of the MDB YLS (2023-2024); Appointed to the Florida Bar Young Lawyer's Division Board of Governors 2025-2026. Mr. Blumberg earned his B.A. degree from the College of William and Mary and his J.D. degree from the William and Mary School of Law.

Gerald A. Connor
is a partner and trial attorney in the Scranton, Pennsylvania office of Margolis Edelstein, a full service multi-state litigation provider to the insurance industry, major corporations and governmental entities. He focuses his practice on casualty litigation, ranging from automobile and general liability claims to products liability, construction litigation and workers' compensation claims. Mr. Connor also has extensive experience in commercial litigation, intellectual property issues, municipal claims, and employment law. He has handled dozens of trials, administrative hearings and arbitrations to verdict, and is active at the appellate level in both state and federal court. Mr. Connor is a member of the Lackawanna County and Pennsylvania bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law.

Joshua C. Offenhartz
is an attorney with Kahana Feld. He is a business attorney who represents clients in the finance, medical, construction, real estate and culinary industries. Mr. Offenhartz has significant experience managing all phases of litigation, including preliminary investigations, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediation, motions for summary judgment, trial and appeals. Additionally, he serves as outside counsel for several small, medium and growing businesses that need day-to-day legal advice for their growing companies. Mr. Offenhartz is a member of Madison School District's Financial Advisory Board and a board member of the Desert States Region of Jewish National Fund. He supports the Phoenix Art Museum as a member of the Men's Art Council, and helps others by volunteering with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Arizona, Saint Mary's Food Bank and the Wounded Warrior Project. Mr. Offenhartz earned his B.S. degree in public administration from the University of Arizona, and his master's and J.D. degrees from Arizona State University. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona; Southern District Court, District of Arizona; and Southern Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
