Speaker bio
Randy C. Greene
is the managing partner of Dugan Brinkmann Maginnis and Pace. Aside from handling the day-to-day operations of the firm, he handles civil litigation matters with an emphasis on large loss property subrogation. Mr. Greene has extensive experience in handling claims in the renewable energy field, including several large fire losses involving photovoltaic fires. He was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 1991. Mr. Greene graduated from Franklin and Marshall College and from Temple University School of Law, where he earned, cum laude, honors and numerous academic awards. He was a national semi-finalist as a member of Temple University's National Trial Team. He has participated on the faculty of various National Institute of Trial Advocacy programs.

Alina Lee
is the founding partner of Aspire Law, which supports in-house legal departments at some of America's largest and most beloved brands. She provides practical legal advice to companies structuring multimillion-dollar marketing campaigns from start to finish. Ms. Lee also provides guidance on a wide variety of software for dark pattern compliance, compliance with payment processing laws, and pricing disclosures. Her firm supports a full array of transactions related to marketing, software development, IP licensing, sales transactions, procurement transactions, and general in-house transactional overflow support. Prior to starting her own law firm, Ms. Lee was in-house counsel to Mailchimp (a prominent tech company in the marketing space) and Southern Company Gas (a large public utility company). In her in-house roles, she was a general transactional attorney with a focus in marketing, IP, and IT related transactions and counseling. Ms. Lee is admitted in Georgia and her firm has attorneys licensed in California too. She earned her J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and her B.A. degree from the University of Georgia.

Matthew P. Dinn
is a partner with the Indianapolis law firm of Popcheff & Dinn, LLP and focuses most of his practice on family law issues. He also owns Brightline Legal Consulting, a practice management and practice development company that helps solo and small firm attorneys become better business owners. Mr. Dinn also assists small business clients with contracts, policies and strategic planning. He is an active member in the Indiana State Bar Association and Association of Family and Conciliatory Courts (AFCC), and a former member of the Second Indiana State Bar Association Leadership Development Academy. Mr. Dinn regularly volunteers with the Indianapolis State Bar Association and sits on the IndyBar Pro Bono Committee, in addition to being a volunteer guardian ad litem for Kids' Voice of Indiana. He earned his B.A. degree from DePauw University and his J.D. degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
