Speaker bio
Matthew L. Fryar
is a partner at Crouch, Harwell, Fryar & Ferner, PLLC. His primary areas of practice are estate planning, probate, corporations and LLCs, commercial and real estate transactions, and landlord/tenant law. Mr. Fryar earned his B.S. degree from the University of Arkansas and his J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association. Mr. Fryar is admitted to practice law in Arkansas.
Speaker bio
Saverio V. Cereste, Jr.
is a partner at Meister Seelig & Fein, in their Taxation & Estates Group. He focuses on sophisticated estate planning as well as estate and trust administration. Mr. Cereste advises clients on implementing and structuring estate planning strategies which maximize tax planning opportunities (estate tax, gift tax, GST tax and income tax) while meeting the goals and needs of the client, with a focus on preserving wealth for subsequent generations of families. His experience extends to fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust administration matters, including the probate process, accountings and beneficiary/fiduciary disputes. Mr. Cereste also provides advice with respect to tax reporting matters including the preparation of gift tax returns, estate tax returns, GST tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers College, his J.D. degree, cum laude, from New York Law School and his LL.M. in Taxation degree from New York Law School. Mr. Cereste is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, District of Columbia, and before the U.S. Tax Court and U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
