Joel Glaser
is the principal of Joel Glaser APC in the Los Angeles, Newport Beach and San Diego offices. His practice includes employment and business litigation. Mr. Glaser has extensive experience in employment practices liability, including defending whistleblower, wrongful termination, harassment, race, age, disability, and gender discrimination and retaliation cases. He has also defended wage and hour class actions and single plaintiff cases. Additionally, Mr. Glaser has counseled employees and employers on employment-related matters such as applications and hiring, sexual harassment policies and training, employment handbooks, internal investigations, compliance issues, employee discipline issues, severance agreements and termination issues. He has represented clients in both state and federal court, and before the California Labor Board, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Unemployment Appeals Board. Mr. Glaser is a member of the State Bar of California; and the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Diego County bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from University of California, Santa Barbara; and his J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law - where he was on Law Review. Mr. Glaser is licensed to practice law in California.

Bonnie L. Mackey
is a certified public accountant with the Florida office of Levin, Silvey, Zelko & Mackey, P.A., where her background includes all facets of accounting, including financial statement and tax preparation, as well as computer software and bookkeeping assistance. She is also a Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor. Ms. Mackey graduated from the University of South Florida with an extended B.S. degree in business administration and earned her M.B.A. degree from Keller Graduate School of Devry University. In 2000, she earned her Certified Specialist in Estate Planning (CSEP) designation from the National Institute for Excellence in Professional Education, LLC, and in 2011 attained accredited estate planner status. Additionally, Ms. Mackey is an instructor for the Becker CPA Review course, an FICPA Ethics course facilitator and a frequent lecturer on various topics. She is the past-president for the FICPA N. Dade S. Broward chapter, American Woman's Society of CPAs - S. Florida Affiliate, and the North Dade/South Broward Estate Planning Council, past treasurer for the Broward County Guardianship Association, National AWSCPA VP of Regions and on the Trust Advisory Board for MonarchCare, Inc., as well as its immediate past chair, in addition to the firm's other affiliations.

Gary W. Boyle
is the founder of Boyle Law Office in Santa Fe, where his practice is focused in corporate law, family law and litigation. He currently serves as the virtual general counsel for ADL High Voltage, Inc. (Texas), EnergyComNetwork, Inc. d/b/a PayGo Utilities (Georgia), and Flask, Inc. (New Mexico). Mr. Boyle maintains an active litigation practice in New Mexico emphasizing family law. He is licensed to practice in the state courts of New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma, and in various federal courts including the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Boyle earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Tulsa College of Law.

Justin Joy
is a shareholder in the Memphis office of the Lewis Thomason. He also serves as the firm's privacy officer. In addition to a range of experience in litigation and business law matters, Mr. Joy heads up Lewis Thomason's data security and information privacy practice group. He provides counsel to clients in a number of business sectors in the area of information privacy and data security including incident investigation; and breach response management, regulatory compliance, privacy and security policy review and drafting, and cyber risk management. Specifically in the area of healthcare, Mr. Joy counsels covered entities and business associates on a variety of matters pertaining to HIPAA Privacy Rule, Security Rule, and Breach Notification Rule compliance. He also defends regulated clients in investigations arising from privacy and security incidents. Mr. Joy is a certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP), Information Privacy Professional/US (CIPP/US), and Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) through the IAPP, formerly known as the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He is also a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) through ISACA, an international association credentialing professionals in the digital trust fields such as information security, governance, assurance, risk, privacy and quality.

David M. Messer
is a partner with the firm of Briskin Cross & Sanford, LLC. His practice focuses on a full spectrum of business law, with an emphasis on all phases of business dispute resolution including trials, appeals, mediation and arbitration. Mr. Messer practiced as a business trial lawyer in Oklahoma for six years prior to joining Briskin Cross & Sanford, LLC. In addition to his work in business litigation and negotiation, he has extensive experience in oil and gas litigation, homeowners' association disputes, and election disputes. Mr. Messer has also successfully represented clients in a number of appeals before the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals and Oklahoma Supreme Court. He is a former adjunct professor at Reinhardt University in Alpharetta, Georgia, where he taught a variety of courses on business law and ethics. Mr. Messer is admitted to the practice law in Georgia and Oklahoma, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern districts of Georgia; U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern districts of Oklahoma; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He earned his B.S. degree from Free Will Baptist Bible College, his M.C.M. degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and his J.D. degree, with highest honors, from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
