Margaret G. Zickuhr Zolp
is a partner with the law firm of Houseman & Feind, LLP, where her practice areas include mediation, arbitration, and family law. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers [AAML] and has been certified by AAML as a family law arbitrator, and a certified parenting coordinator. Ms. Zickuhr has mediated and litigated many divorces, custody and placement issues, support issues, visitation, and civil disputes. She has done extensive work with the juvenile courts as an advocate counsel and as guardian ad litem, in matters such as adoption, CHIPS, and juvenile delinquency. Ms. Zickuhr is currently an adjunct professor at Marquette University Law School where she teaches Family Law and Interviewing & Counseling Clients. She has also been an adjunct professor at several local colleges and universities where she has taught undergraduate and master's degree classes on law and ethics. In addition, she has served the State of Wisconsin on the Board for the Dispute Resolution Section, Fee Arbitrator, and in the Office of Lawyer Regulation. She is a former assistant editor for the Wisconsin Journal of Family Law. Ms. Zickuhr is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Ozaukee County, and Washington County bar associations. She is a long-standing member of the Society of Family Lawyers - Matrimonial Inns of Court, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, National Association of Professional Women, and the Wisconsin Association of Mediators. She was recently named one of the Top 10 Best Wisconsin Family Law Attorneys by the American Institute of Family Law, she has been rated as a top Southeast Wisconsin attorney by the WISN A-list, and she also has been named a Wisconsin Rising Star Attorney by Super Lawyers. Ms. Zickuhr earned her B.B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in management information systems and marketing. Her Juris Doctor is from Marquette University Law School. She is licensed to practice in Wisconsin.

David C. Fisher
is a sole practitioner in the Tulsa area, where he practices in the areas of mediation, collaborative law, family law and estate planning. He is a leader and recognized authority in the area of dispute resolution, where he brings an extensive background of problem solving with more than 17 years of real life experience as an insurance adjuster, trainer, speaker and now lawyer. Mr. Fisher is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Family Law Section and Estate Planning Section; Tulsa County Bar Association, Family Law Section; American Bar Association, Family Law Section and Real Property Estate Planning Section; Oklahoma Academy of Collaborative Professionals; as well as the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. He is also included on the Tulsa County District Courts list of mediators. Mr. Fisher earned his B.S. degree from Oklahoma State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law.

Nancy C. Richmond
is a partner of A.Y. Strauss and has over 25 years of experience exclusively practicing family law. She is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a matrimonial law attorney. Ms. Richmond has experience handling any type of family law case, no matter how complex the issues may be. While being a fierce advocate, she is resolution oriented. Ms. Richmond has successfully settled, tried and arbitrated matters involving all aspects of family law including divorce, child custody and parenting time, equitable distribution, prenuptial agreements, relocation issues, adoptions, domestic violence, as well as appellate practice. She has lectured attorneys on various family law topics with the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and ATLA. Ms. Richmond earned her J.D. degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, and her undergraduate degree from Lafayette College, with a B.A. degree in international affairs with a concentration in Russian. While at the Dickinson School of Law, she was a member of the Dickinson Journal of International Law, for which she published an article, "Israel's Law of Return: Analysis of Its Evolution and Present Application."

is a principal at the Law Offices of Joan Mann Thomas, where she practices in the areas of family law, divorce, separation agreements, child custody, visitation rights, child support, spousal support, premarital agreements, and distribution agreements. She also practices real estate litigation and a discovery facilitator for Marin County. Ms. Mann Thomas is a frequent lecturer on her areas of practice. She earned her B.A. degree from Mills College and her J.D. degree from Hastings College of Law, University of California. Ms. Mann Thomas is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, the Marin County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the American Bar Association. She is a State Bar Arbitrator and a discovery facilitator for the Marin County Superior Court.
