Alexandra Farone

is an associate in the Employment and Labor, Litigation, and Emerging Technologies groups of Babst Calland. She has a broad range of experience representing corporate, technology, municipal, and energy clients in all facets of employment law, public and private labor, and complex commercial litigation. Ms. Farone is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia Bar associations. She has served multiple terms on Council of the Young Lawyer's Division (YLD) of the Allegheny County Bar Association, and currently co-chairs the Communications Committee of the YLD and serves as the editor in chief of the Point of Law Newsletter, which won an American Bar Association Award of Achievement under her leadership. At Babst Calland, Ms. Farone is a member of the Women's Initiative Committee and regularly serves as a mentor in the summer associate program. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Baldwin Wallace University and her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and a member of the Order of the Coif. Ms. Farone is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western districts of Pennsylvania, Northern and Southern districts of West Virginia, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Do you have options for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing?

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
Are multiple attendee discounts available?
Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives a special discount off of their total tuition.
When will the OnDemand be available and how long will I have access to the content?
The OnDemand Video will be available to stream within 7 days of live broadcast date. You will have access to the content for 6 months in your account. If you’re a subscriber, you’ll have access to your course recordings until 7 days after the expiration date of the subscription.
