Speaker bio
Amelia P. Nelson
is an attorney at Roybal-Mack & Cordova PC. She focuses her practice on mass torts, environmental issues, personal injury, and sports law. She is currently handling mass tort fire claims in the State of New Mexico. Ms. Nelson is a principal lecturer at the Anderson School of Management, University of New Mexico, where she teaches business management law and employment law. She earned her B.A. degree from Edgewood University, her J.D. degree from Drake University Law School, a Sports Law certification from Villanova Law School, and is completing her Ph.D. in Sports Administration from the University of New Mexico.

Francheska Bardacke
is an attorney with Royal-Mack & Cordova in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where her practice focuses on environmental mass torts and personal injury law. She has extensive trial experience, having participated in over fifty criminal trials and leading more than thirty jury trials from inception to verdict. Francheska has since transitioned to civil litigation, focusing on cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and civil rights. Francheska is a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice, the American Bar Association, and a practitioner licensed in Federal Court. She earned her J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law and is admitted to the New Mexico State Bar.
