Emma J. Hilton
is an attorney with Londonderry Law, where she practices in the areas of tax law, estate planning, tax research, tax preparation and business planning. Ms. Hilton earned her LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University; her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts/Lowell; and her J.D. degree from Boston College Law School. She is currently admitted in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Nicole C. Tomlin
is a partner at Hanlon Niemann & Wright, P.C. She focuses her practice on estate planning and estate administration for families who have a family member with a disability, creation of first party special needs trusts and third party supplemental benefits trusts, guardianship, and accessing services from the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services and the Division of Developmental Disabilities. Ms. Tomlin serves as a court appointed attorney to those alleged to be incapacitated and court appointed guardian ad litem. She is a graduate of Bucknell University and Rutgers University School of Law. Ms. Tomlin earned her an L.L.M. degree in taxation from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. She is an adjunct faculty member of the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law Graduate Tax Department. Ms. Tomlin is also a member of the Elder Law Sectio, Disability Section and Tax sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association; a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; and a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association Chancery Practice Committee.

C. Page Hamrick, III
, J.D., CPA, is the principal of the Charleston law firm of C. Page Hamrick III, Attorney at Law. He has concentrated his practice in the areas of divorce law, tax and corporate estate law. Mr. Hamrick has served as a family law master, as assistant attorney general, as counsel to the West Virginia Legislature and as a hearing officer for numerous state agencies. He is a certified public accountant. Mr. Hamrick has testified as an expert witness in matters involving federal and state tax, financial analysis and real estate. He is a member of The West Virginia State Bar, American Association of Attorney-CPAs and West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Hamrick regularly teaches tax and law courses at Marshall University and has taught accounting at West Virginia University-Tech. He earned his B.S.B.A. and J.D. degrees from West Virginia University and his M.B.A. degree from the Marshall University (formerly WVCOGS).

is an attorney with his own private practice, Haley Law Practice L.L.C. He practices in the areas of trust and estate planning, and business formation. Mr. Haley is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, ElderCounsel, and WealthCounsel. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Xavier University of Louisiana, his J.D. degree from Howard University School of Law and his LL.M. degree from Washington University School of Law. Mr. Haley was chief deputy clerk for the Louisiana Supreme Court, research attorney on the U.S. House of Representatives Banking and Finance Committee, and a law clerk for Orleans Parish Civil District Court Judge Angelique Reed. He is also a retired law clerk for Louisiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Bernette Joshua Johnson. Mr. Haley is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and recently completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Entrepreneurship program.
