Brenda L. Wahler
is a solo practice family law attorney in Helena. Prior to entering private practice, she was an attorney for the State of Montana. Ms. Wahler earned her J.D. degree from the University of Montana in 2002, following a career as a high school social studies teacher. A lifelong Montanan, she is also a historian and writer who enjoys digging into the deeper stories behind the myths of the American West. Ms. Wahler is past chair of the Law-Related Education Committee of the State Bar of Montana, past president of the First Judicial District Bar Association, and active in promoting civic education.

David C. Fisher
is a sole practitioner in the Tulsa area, where he practices in the areas of mediation, collaborative law, family law and estate planning. He is a leader and recognized authority in the area of dispute resolution, where he brings an extensive background of problem solving with more than 17 years of real life experience as an insurance adjuster, trainer, speaker and now lawyer. Mr. Fisher is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association Family Law Section and Estate Planning Section; Tulsa County Bar Association Family Law Section; American Bar Association Family Law Section and Real Property Estate Planning Section; Oklahoma Academy of Collaborative Professionals; as well as the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. He is also included on the Tulsa County District Courts list of mediators. Mr. Fisher earned his B.S. degree from Oklahoma State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law.

Nancy D. Butler, CFP®, CDFA®, CLTC®, CSA®
is the owner of Above All Else, Success in Life and Business®. She has over 35 years of experience as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and Certified Financial Planner and is an award-winning author; since 2018, she has been appointed a delegate to The United Nations for The Commission on the Status of Women. Ms. Butler is also a guardian ad litem for the State of Connecticut. After twenty-five years of building a very successful financial planning and asset management practice, in 2007 she sold her practice to focus on advocacy, international professional speaking, and divorce planning. Ms. Butler has been published in The Financial Planning Association magazine on practice management; Money magazine on reverse mortgages; published several articles on divorce on Irooze.com, AARP on nine secrets of caregiving; Senior Resource Central on practical tips to help moms caring for their own kids and aging parents; The New England Real Estate Journal on commercial real estate; Certified Senior Advisor magazine on strategies to manage the cost of long-term care: Insurance and Beyond, and many more. She has also been a guest on many radio and television shows, and is currently a member of The Certified Financial Planning Association, The Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts, and The Certified Senior Advisor Association.

Ryan P. Sayler
has built his career upon advocating for children and helping families safely manage challenging situations. He began his work counseling and caring for youth to help them work through mental and behavioral issues, so that they could heal and move beyond past issues. Through this experience, Mr. Sayler saw first-hand how important support and security is for our youth, which made him passionate about advocating for children and helping families better communicate and function together. After spending six years in the social work field as a counselor and mental health worker, he found himself wanting to make a bigger impact. Now in the family law field, Mr. Sayler is able to apply his knowledge and commitment toward helping families navigate through difficult circumstances so they can move forward with their lives. He is skilled at identifying areas of leverage in negotiation, and encourages clients toward a favorable outcome prior to litigation. Mr. Sayler's efficient and adaptable approach serves his clients well when it is necessary to take their case to the courtroom. He practices family law throughout central Pennsylvania, including Dauphin, Cumberland, Lebanon, Lancaster, Perry, York, Adams and Franklin counties. Mr. Sayler earned his bachelor's degree in youth development psychology from North Central University. He went on to earn his law degree from The Penn State Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where he still remains involved consulting the Community Law Clinic. Additionally, Mr. Sayler's experience with public speaking, legal drafting and creative research serve as a tremendous benefit to his clients and their cases.

Daniel S. Riley
is a board-certified specialist in family law and a certified QDRO professional. His primary practice area involves the valuation and division of retirement assets. Mr. Riley graduated from Arizona State University in 2008, and has practiced family law exclusively since 2011 when he began managing a family law clinic partnered with Arizona State University. He is an experienced trial attorney who has taught continuing legal education seminars on trial advocacy. Mr. Riley is also an accomplished appellate attorney and has argued several important cases that have influenced the development of family law in Arizona, especially with respect to the division of retirement accounts.
