Speaker bio
Ned J. Tonner
is a member of the Nice Law Firm, an Indianapolis based firm with 8 offices throughout Indiana. He received his B.S. in Finance in 1982 from Indiana University and received his J.D. in 1985 from the University of Tulsa. He then clerked for the Honorable Michael S. Kanne, Judge of the Federal District Court in Hammond, Indiana. Thereafter, he worked in insurance defense firms in Chicago and Los Angeles. Ned is a general practice attorney who serves clients in Northwest, Indiana, concentrating in personal injury, litigation, family and trust and wills law. In addition to representing a variety of clients, Ned served as City Attorney for Rensselaer for 10 years and has also been a Public Defender in both Jasper and Tippecanoe Counties. He is a member of the Jasper County, Indianapolis and Indiana State Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in all Indiana state and federal courts.

Michael R. Ippoliti
is an attorney at Ippoliti Law Group, and has been practicing law for more than twenty years. The primary focus of his practice has always been worker's compensation. While in the past Mr. Ippoliti worked for many insurance companies, he has established a track record of success helping injured people in Delaware. Mr. Ippoliti draws on his significant experience and knowledge of the worker's compensation system to preserve and protect the rights of working men and women (and their families) who are injured or become ill as a result of their employment. His passion and relentless commitment are deeply rooted within his own working class family. Mr. Ippoliti also handles personal injury/motor vehicle cases. He graduated with a B.A., cum laude from Temple University and earned his J.D. from Delaware Law School at Widener University. Mr. Ippoliti is a member of the Worker's Compensation Section of the Delaware State Bar Association. He is a committee member for the Worker's Compensation Section of the American Bar Association, and a member of the Worker's Compensation and Workplace Injury Section of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is also a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Ippoliti is admitted to practice law in Delaware.
