Robert V. Greenlee
is a member of Butler Snow LLP's commercial litigation group. He is a highly skilled trial lawyer with more than 22 years of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation in federal court, state court, and arbitration. Mr. Greenlee's experience covers every aspect of civil litigation, including developing case theories and damage models, preparing pleadings, motion practice, fact and expert discovery, serving as lead trial counsel, and representing clients on appeal. He has obtained numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts, arbitration awards, and settlements for his clients. Mr. Greenlee represents individuals, businesses, healthcare providers, and governmental entities in litigation related to trade secrets, contract disputes, professional malpractice, fraud, personal injury, restrictive covenants, and healthcare. He is a member of the Mississippi, Louisiana, American, and Capital Area bar associations; and Charles Clark American Inn of Court. Mr. Greenlee earned his B.A. degree from University of Louisiana Monroe and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Mississippi College of Law.

is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

David W. Lauritzen
is a shareholder with Cotton, Bledsoe, Tighe & Dawson, PC, in Midland. He focuses his practice in the areas of oil and gas litigation, federal and state appeals, commercial litigation and insurance defense, employment defense, estate and trusts fiduciary litigation and qui tam defense. Mr. Lauritzen is licensed in both Texas and New Mexico, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District courts for the Western, Northern and Southern districts of Texas; U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico; U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals; U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals; U.S. States Federal Circuit Court of Appeals; and U.S. States Supreme Court. He is an adjunct professor at Midland College. Mr. Lauritzen is a member of State Bar of Texas (Disciplinary Grievance Panel 16-4), State Bar of New Mexico, Midland County Bar Association, Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, Texas Bar Foundation, Defense Research Institute, and Texas Association of Defense Counsel. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Yale University and his J.D. degree from University Texas School of Law.

Raymond R. Grasing
is an attorney with The Law Firm of Grasing & Associates. He has more than 25 years of trial experience in New York. Mr. Grasing knows how to try a case in a straight forward convincing manner, and how to pare down the facts and issues to their essential parts to help a jury reach the correct decision. His understanding of the law, gained through his trial experience, provides his clients with a distinct competitive advantage, whether or not their case gets to trial. Mr. Grasing practices in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, construction disputes, insurance coverage disputes, insurance coverage, collections, subrogation, arson, and fraud cases. Peter S. Garcia
is a partner with DSK Law Group in the firm's general litigation section and draws upon nearly 15 years of legal experience for the benefit of his clients. Mr. Garcia's practice areas include insurance defense, premises liability defense, criminal defense, and sealing/expunction of records. His work ranges from providing legal advice and representation to individuals, business owners and corporations, and insurance companies on various legal issues. The focus of his pro-bono work has centered around assisting low-income individuals with sealing or expunging criminal records, to help them successfully access or maintain employment, for example. He received his Bachelor of Arts, majoring in International Affairs, from Florida State University and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Florida A & M University College of Law. As a law student, he participated in internships with the Orange/Osceola County Public Defender's Office, the Orange/Osceola County State Attorney's Office, and clerked for the Honorable Steve Jewett in Orange County, Florida. Mr. Garcia is admitted to all Florida state courts.

Katelyn R. Ashton
is a member of Butler Snow's Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare group. Her practice is focused on the representation and defense of manufacturers in complex products liability litigation in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on prescription drugs, medical devices, and chemicals. Ms. Ashton was a member of the Motions Team in the largest MDL in history and has experience in various other aspects of discovery and trial work, including drafting company discovery responses, taking plaintiff and witness depositions, and providing pre-trial and on-site trial support to lead trial and appellate trial counsel. She recently served as a member of the trial support team that obtained a defense verdict in a medical device case in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (April 2023). Best Lawyers in America® selected her as one of its "Ones to Watch" for Health Care Law and Product Liability Litigation. Ms. Ashton has also been recognized by Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers® as "Mid-South Rising Stars" in Health Care. She earned her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Savannah Law school.
