is a shareholder and CPA in the Missoula, Montana office of JCCS, where she focuses on estate and trust, tax planning, wealth advisement, retirement solutions, and insurance planning. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Montana State Society of CPAs, and the Great Falls Society of CPAs. Ms. Kadoshnikov earned her B.S. degree in accounting and her M.B.A. degree in business administration and finance from California State University - Fresno, California.

Jasmine J. Baier
is an attorney with Crowley Fleck's Kalispell office, where she's a member of the Taxation, Trusts, and Estates Practice Group. The majority of her practice is focused on creating and advising non-profit organizations and complex estate planning. Jasmine helps create nonprofit organizations by drafting and filing organizational documents, and preparing applications for tax exemption. She assists with nonprofit administration, including preparing gift agreements, navigating administrative procedures, and reviewing board documents. Her diverse client base includes hospitals, private foundations, chambers of commerce, colleges, public charities, and other nonprofit trusts and corporations. Jasmine has played a pivotal role in creating and advising some of the largest non-profit organizations in Montana, both at the state and regional levels. She also dedicates a significant portion of her practice to complex estate planning drafting and administration and trust administration, providing comprehensive legal support in these areas. Jasmine earned her B.A. degree in political science from Westminster College, her M.A. degree in public administration from University of Montana, and her J.D. degree, with honors, from University of Montana. She is a ACTEC Rocky Mountain Institute Fellow and has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Mountain States Super Lawyers for her tax practice. Jasmine was also an honoree for Flathead Valleys 40 Under 40 Awards. She is a Flathead Valley native and stays active in her community through the Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Flathead, and Daybreak Rotary.

is an attorney with Harshbarger Law Firm in Twin Bridges, Montana. Her diverse practice includes all areas of family law, mediation and dispute resolution, business transactions, estate planning, real estate, agriculture, civil litigation, select personal injury claims and water law. Mr. Harshbarger is also the attorney for the Town of Twin Bridges. She is a member of the Montana Bar Association, Arizona Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, Montana Trial Lawyers, American Bar Association, Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, Montana Fifth Judicial District Bar Association, Silver Bow County Bar Association and Montana Family Law Arbitration Association. She serves as the Chairperson of the Legislative Committee of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Montana. Ms. Harshbarger has been involved in 4H, FFA and has a heart for the legacy of agriculture in Montana. She earned her J.D. degree at Thurgood Marshall School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Montana, Arizona and Texas. Before her legal career, Ms. Harshbarger earned her B.S. degree in microbiology and worked as a medical technologist and research assistant in the area of cancer research.

Jason F. Hicks
is an assistant county attorney with Guilford County, North Carolina. He is licensed in both Tennessee and North Carolina. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hicks has practiced family/divorce law, probate and litigation, as well as elder law, juvenile law, and local government law. He is a member of the District 24 (North Carolina); Putnam County (Tennessee); and Tennessee, North Carolina, and American bar associations. Mr. Hicks is currently the president of the North Carolina DSS Attorney's Association. He is past president of the Putnam County Bar Association and Upper Cumberland Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Hicks is also the past vice president of the Tennessee Bar Association-Young Lawyers Division. He is a frequent speaker at legal education seminars, having presented over forty CLE presentations. Mr. Hicks is a barrister member of the Guilford Chapter, American Inn of Courts.
