Robert Gardner
is an attorney at Gates, Gonter, Guy, Proudfoot & Muench LLP. His entire practice is dedicated to litigation, where he represents defendants in personal injury claims stemming from motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. Mr. Gardner takes his responsibility to his clients seriously and works diligently to represent their interests, fight against claims that are fraudulent or frivolous, and ensure his clients feel comfortable during the legal process. After graduating from UCLA, he worked in the Hollywood film industry in script development; however, his passion for the law won out and he decided to become a lawyer. Mr. Gardner graduated magna cum laude from the Pepperdine University School of Law and passed the California Bar Examination.

Aaron P. Frederickson
is the founder of MSP Compliance Solutions, LLC. He has legal practice experience in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury and Medicare compliance. Mr. Frederickson is also a health insurance professional and has been licensed to practice law in Minnesota since 2002, as well as Wisconsin since 2008. In addition to working on highly regulated matters, he has litigated countless cases and founded a compliance consulting firm, where he helped numerous individuals from diverse backgrounds across the United States. Mr. Frederickson also assists low income persons via pro bono legal representation. He earned his B.A. degree from St. Cloud State University and his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Frederickson is an active member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP) and the Hennepin County Bar Association (HCBA).

Andrew J. Nissen
is a partner in the trial law specialty firm Bear Republic Law, A.P.C. located in Orange County, California. The civil litigation firm has particular expertise in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, business disputes, insurance claims, medical malpractice, and transactional matters. Mr. Nissen studied and began his career in Silicon Valley and Boston, Massachusetts. He is a contributing editor of the widely used California Practice Guide, California Causes of Action, co-authored by Stanton Mathews, and published by James Publishing. Mr. Nissen earned his B.A. degree from Santa Clara University and his J.D. degree from New England Law in Boston. He is a member of trial organizations such as the American Association for Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, Orange County Trial Lawyers, and the Orange County Bar Association.

Ecleynne Mercy
is a highly accomplished attorney the proud owner and operator of Mercy Law P.C. She has also established Legal Upgrade, a company that offers various services and products related to legal guidance, instruction and wellness-based frameworks. The primary focus of Legal Upgrade is to assist individuals, businesses and communities in integrating wellness-based strategies into their daily legal lives and infrastructure. One of the key services provided by Legal Upgrade is an extensive workshop specifically designed to help students maximize their scores on the essay portion of the Georgia Bar Exam. Ms. Mercy has years of experience in helping repeat bar takers pass the bar, and she utilizes her expertise to provide valuable guidance and instruction to aspiring lawyers. Additionally, she oversees and directs various activities within Legal Upgrade. This includes training and supervising paralegal/support staff, conducting bar compliance reviews, providing case management training, monitoring deadlines, and performing firm audits. Ms. Mercy offers staff training programs in areas such as PI case management, family law case management, criminal defense case management, bar compliance, and system assessments. is a partner at The Simon Law Group. He heads the Law and Motion Department, insurance bad faith litigation, and post-trial compliance. Mr. Davis earned his bachelor's degree in philosophy from Arizona State University and his J.D. degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He is an active member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA), Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the Arizona Association for Justice (AZAJ). In 2023, Mr. Davis was nominated as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in California and Arizona.
