Nathan D. Finch
has over 30 years of experience representing people who were hurt or killed by corporations that put profits over people's health. In the early 1990s he represented coal miners who were injured or killed after their employers failed to follow their own safety rules. Beginning in the late 1990s, Mr. Finch began representing victims of asbestos exposure.Two of his most recent asbestos individual plaintiff jury trials resulted in jury verdicts in favor of his clients - a jury verdict of $3.45 million* for the family of an 80-year-old mesothelioma victim against an asbestos gasket company (Katcham v. John Crane, Inc. Newport News Virginia Circuit Court 2024) and a jury verdict of $2.7 million* in favor of a mesothelioma victim against a power company that used asbestos in its operations (Forehand v. VEPCO, Newport News Virginia Circuit Court 2025). Another relatively recent trial received national attention when Mr. Finch reached a settlement mid-trial against Baby Powder manufacturer Johnson & Johnson. In bench trials involving asbestos defendants, he has tried four cases to judgment where he won verdicts in favor of his clients that exceeded $1 billion* each: MOTLEY RICE CASE - In re Bondex ($1.1 billion*) (W.D. Pa. 2013). PRIOR TO MOTLEY RICE - In re Owens Corning ($7 billion*) (D.Del. 2005); In re Armstrong World Industries ($3 billion*) (D. Del. 2006); In re Turner & Newall ($9 billion*) (D.Del. 2005). He has obtained plaintiffs' verdicts in several cases for smokers who started smoking in the 1960s (or earlier) before warnings were on the packages. Martindale- Hubbell® has recognized Mr. Finch as an AV® rated attorney for more than 20 years. He was a member of the Virginia Law Review and the Order of the Coif and is a former scholarship athlete on the varsity track and cross-country teams at the University of Virginia.

Gabrielle N. Gee
is an attorney at Hall Booth Smith, P.C. in the firm's Missoula, Montana office. She defends clients in medical malpractice, personal injury, and commercial litigation matters throughout Montana, Wyoming, and North Dakota. Ms. Gee also works with Hall Booth Smith's national trial team supporting the management of batch claims, complex discovery, and trial, and working with counsel across the country on developing strategies to address damages in all types of medical cases. She is admitted to practice in Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana. Ms. Gee earned her J.D. degree from the University of California Law - San Francisco (formerly UC-Hastings), her Graduate Certificate in Translation Studies from the University of Denver, and dual B.A. degrees in communication studies and Spanish from Eastern Illinois University.

Christine Hummel
is the president and founder of Hummel Consultation Services, a national legal consultation practice specializing in the application of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to workers' compensation, liability and no-fault cases. She is an active attorney with licensure in the state of Colorado. With more than 25 years of experience in Medicare compliance, Ms. Hummel is a published author and popular speaker on a wide array of topics related to Medicare compliance. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Health Law Section) and Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Hummel's legal experience work includes Medicaid, probate and elder law. She donates a significant amount of time volunteering with the Federal Park Service, giving presentations on the roles of women during the American War of Independence. Ms. Hummel earned her B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.

Steven H. Cousins
, a member of Steven H. Cousins, LLC, in Monroe, Connecticut, practices in workers' compensation, personal injury and trial law. He has represented claimants at all levels of the workers' compensation process, from informal hearings through formal hearings, as well as appellate work before the Compensation Review Board, the Connecticut Appellate Court and the Connecticut Supreme Court. Mr. Cousins is recognized as a board certified workers' compensation specialist by the Connecticut Bar Association Standing Committee on Workers' Compensation Certification. He is a member of the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association Workers' Compensation Committee, the Connecticut Bar Association and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Cousins has also been a cochair of the Young Lawyers Workers' Compensation Section and the Executive Committee of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. He is a frequent lecturer at professional education programs and a published author of articles in the Connecticut Bar Association's Compensation Quarterly. Mr. Cousins earned his B.A. degree from Vassar College and his J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut.

is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

is an attorney at Hendrickson & Long, PLLC, located in Charleston, West Virginia. Mr. Arnold practices in the areas of general business litigation, oil and gas defense, toxic tort, consumer credit/protection, and disability advocacy. He has participated in the writing and completion of numerous legal briefs at all levels of the state and federal court system. Mr. Arnold, a wheelchair-bound individual with a form of Muscular Dystrophy, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, possesses over 15 years of personal experience with the West Virginia DHHR, Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security (SSI/SSDI) programs. This includes case management of private healthcare and staffing on numerous state and federal waiver programs. He has also participated in helping companies evaluate their standards, practices, and procedures for accessible employment opportunities, as well as their DEI policies. Mr. Arnold graduated with his B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from West Virginia University and he earned his J.D. degree from West Virginia University College of Law.
