Nicholas P. Vari
is a partner at K&L Gates LLP, where he has over 25 years of experience defending asbestos personal injury and product liability claims in trial-level and appellate courts across the United States. He also counsels clients on strategic and case management aspects of defending mass tort and repetitive tort claims across multiple jurisdictions. Mr. Vari has appeared on clients' behalf in courtrooms across the country, including those in California, New York, Illinois, Louisiana and Pennsylvania. He has represented clients in nine federal circuit courts of appeal, and has argued before various state supreme courts and intermediate-level courts of appeal. Mr. Vari's courtroom work has ranged from conducting discovery through trying cases before judges, jurors, and arbitration panels, arguing appeals, and negotiating settlements involving thousands of claims. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Akron and her J.D degree, summa cum laude, from University of Akron School of Law.

Christine Hummel
is the president and founder of Hummel Consultation Services, a national legal consultation practice specializing in the application of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to workers' compensation, liability and no-fault cases. She is an active attorney with licensure in the state of Colorado. With more than 25 years of experience in Medicare compliance, Ms. Hummel is a published author and popular speaker on a wide array of topics related to Medicare compliance. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Health Law Section) and Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Hummel's legal experience work includes Medicaid, probate and elder law. She donates a significant amount of time volunteering with the Federal Park Service, giving presentations on the roles of women during the American War of Independence. Ms. Hummel earned her B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.

Nicholas Katko
is a Partner and personal injury attorney at Edgar Snyder & Associates. Before joining the team at Edgar Snyder & Associates, he served as an attorney at a Pittsburgh-based law firm that focused on medical malpractice defense representing physicians, hospitals, and other medical providers. Mr. Katko was selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers' Rising Stars? list since 2022, an honor awarded to the best up-and-coming attorneys. He is also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Million Dollar Advocates Forum, reserved for attorneys who have achieved million-dollar verdicts and settlements for their clients. He is also a Board of Governor for the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Katko earned his B.A. degree from Duquesne University and his J.D. degree from University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Evan Aidman
is the founder and principal of the Law Offices of Evan Aidman in Philadelphia, where he practices as a trial lawyer handling personal injury and wrongful death cases. He began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Samuel M. Lehrer of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Aidman has lectured extensively on topics connected to personal injury litigation, most recently addressing Drexel Law students on the topic of opening a personal injury practice. He previously served as an adjunct professor at Peirce College, where he taught Civil Litigation. Mr. Aidman is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has written four books for lawyers and litigants; the most recent being Winning Personal Injury Cases, A Practical Guide for Lawyers, published by the American Law Institute in October, 2011. Mr. Aidman also serves on the editorial board of Verdict Magazine, a publication of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He has served as an arbitrator, mediator, and judge pro tem of legal disputes on many occasions since 1984. This work involves state court, federal court, and administrative regulation through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the largest independent regulator for all securities firms in the United States. Mr. Aidman is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers' Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers' Association. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Mark T. Perry
has over thirty years experience specializing in personal injury litigation, including healthcare, automobile and truck accidents, and products liability cases. He has tried more than 100 cases in Pennsylvania and New York in both state and federal courts. Mr. Perry is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Requirements for board certification include substantial involvement in trials and settlements, participation in continued legal education, a reputation among judges and other lawyers for competence, and successful completion of a written examination. Attorney Perry is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocacy. ABOTA is an invitation-only organization which is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the Seventh Amendment which guarantees the right to civil jury trials. More than 7600 lawyers and judges are involved in ABOTA chapters in all fifty states. Mr. Perry is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating awarded by this preeminent legal resource. An AV rating indicates legal ability and ethical standards of the highest order. In 2011, Mr. Perry was elected a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. In 2017, Mr. Perry was honored with a lifetime achievement selection as one of the Top 100 Attorneys in Pennsylvania. Mr. Perry has been selected a Super Lawyer for 20 consecutive years (2005-2025). Mr. Perry has received the Exemplary Service Award from The Lackawanna County Bar Association in 2010 and 2023 and is currently serving as President of the Lackawanna County Bar Association for 2026. Mr. Perry is in his second term as a Hearing Committee Member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Alexander J. Jamiolkowski
is a partner in the Pittsburgh law firm of Egan & Jamiolkowski. His practice is concentrated in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury, products liability, and commercial and insurance litigation. Mr. Jamiolkowski has lectured to various professional groups on topics relating to his practice of law. He has litigated cases in both state and federal trial courts throughout Pennsylvania, in the appellate courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Jamiolkowski is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Scranton and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law.
