Richard S. Chisholm
is the managing member of the Chisholm Law Group, LLC in Bethesda, Maryland. Mr. Chisholm and his firm represent clients with estate planning, estate and trust administration, business planning, tax controversies, and tax law matters. An attorney and a certified public accountant, Mr. Chisholm was an adjunct professor at Antonin Scalia School of Law at George Mason University and The Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America, where he taught estate and gift taxation and estate planning for 15 years. Mr. Chisholm frequently presents continuing education seminars to fellow professionals and the general public. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Academy of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, where he is currently the Treasurer and a member of the Executive Committee.

is an attorney with Chisholm Law Group, LLC, where she focuses her practice in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration, primarily in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and New York. Ms. Robertson is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar where she serves on the Steering Committee of the Estates, Trusts, and Probate Law Community. She earned a B.A. degree from Georgetown University, a J.D. degree from The University of New Mexico School of Law, and an LL.M. degree from University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law.

is a partner at McMillan Metro and Faerber, P.C., where she focuses on the areas of wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, guardianships and family law. In addition, she is trained as a mediator and collaborative law practitioner. Ms. Sunderman has been appointed by courts to represent disabled persons in guardianship matters, and children in contested custody matters. She has litigated cases in many different areas of the law including divorce, guardianships, domestic violence and civil disputes. Ms. Sunderman earned her bachelor's degree from Allegheny College and her J.D. degree from Washington College of Law (American University). She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland. She is admitted to practice law in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

is a senior counsel at Elville and Associates. He practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and estate administration, business succession planning, and asset protection. Mr. Fisher earned his J.D. degree from Texas Tech University. He he has been elected to the Maryland Super Lawyers by his peers for the past two years. Mr. Fisher is a member of WealthCounsel, a national network of estate and financial planning practitioners who collaborate to ensure changes in the law are reflected in the work they do for their clients. He is also a member of a number of community and professional organizations, including Rotary International, Anne Arundel County Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, Maryland Bar Association, Wyoming Bar Association, State Bar of Texas and American Bar Association. Mr. Fisher is admitted to practice law in Maryland, District Of Columbia, and before the Second and Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. McCulloch is known for her ability to craft customized legal strategies that honor each client's unique goals and circumstances.
