is a partner with the law firm of Appel Yost LLP in Lancaster. He practices in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors' rights, real estate, business transactions, small business formation, business buy-sell, estate planning and administration. Mr. Samley serves as parliamentarian for the Lancaster County Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Council. He is on the adjunct faculty for Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster, where he teaches a variety of courses in the Departments of Business Studies and Social Sciences. Mr. Samley frequently presents at professional education programs on landlord-tenant collection law, ethics, LLC formation, contracts, and bankruptcy. He is a member of the Business Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Estate Planning Council of Lancaster County and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference. Mr. Samley serves on the Board of Directors of the Lancaster Bar Association and on an advisory board to the Lancaster County Community Foundation, a non-profit philanthropic. He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Millersville University and J.D. degree from Dickinson School of Law.

is a partner with Meyer Unkovic & Scott LLP in Pittsburgh, and is a member of the firm's real estate and lending, litigation and dispute resolution, energy and mineral rights, and construction law groups. He has significant civil litigation and general practice experience in all areas of real property law. Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Kosir acquired extensive experience in all facets of real estate development, sales, construction and leasing with his family's home construction company. He represents clients in a wide range of matters, including commercial and residential real estate tax assessment appeals, commercial and residential sales and leasing, oil and gas lease negotiations, boundary line disputes, real estate title defense and claims, commercial and residential landlord-tenant proceedings, quiet title proceedings, eminent domain proceedings, condominium creation and amendment, and zoning and land use issues. Mr. Kosir earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Washington and Jefferson College and his J.D. degree from the Duquesne University School of Law. A member of the Pennsylvania, Allegheny County and Washington County bar associations, he formerly served on the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section Council. Mr. Kosir writes a monthly real estate case law update and a quarterly real estate update column. He represents clients in all major aspects of transactional real estate law, including property acquisition and disposition, land use and development, leasing and subleasing, and real estate finance and entity structuring. Mr. Kogan's clients have included large global retailers, professional sports franchises, hotel and restaurant developers, major industrial and manufacturing businesses, software and information technology companies, entities engaged in commercial transportation and waste disposal, and owners of retail and other properties. He focuses his practice on complex transactions involving the multi-purpose development and redevelopment of large-scale properties in Western Pennsylvania and elsewhere, which frequently include extensive and innovative arrangements with public and quasi-public agencies for the use of former industrial, commercial and institutional sites. In connection with such transactions, Mr. Kogan has assisted clients in securing public-private financing, and entering into partnership and development agreements governing the use and development of brownfield and grayfield sites. He has lectured extensively on issues of real estate law and commercial development in Western Pennsylvania. Mr. Kogan earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Emory University School of Law.
